We would like to inform you that, in order to guarantee the quality of your stay and the well-being of all our guests, reservations or stays by groups of young people, stag and hen parties are not allowed, nor is the joining of groups with the aim of promoting parties or behaviour that goes against the family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere that characterizes us.

Vila Petra reserves the right not to check in guests who do not present themselves in a natural, sober, and appropriate condition, or who, on arrival, are identified as groups whose conduct could compromise our internal regulations.

The minimum age of the lead person on the reservation is 25.

Guests under the age of 27 will be asked to pay a cash deposit of €250 per person at check-in. Guests over this age traveling in a group (more than 3 pax) will be asked for a cash deposit of €500 per room at check-in.

The deposit will be returned at check-out, at the hotel's discretion, based on conduct during the stay.

Vila Petra offers a selection of apartment types. All apartments are air conditioned and have twin beds, a private balcony or terrace, a bathroom and full kitchen facilities (Studios have an open-plan kitchenette). There is also a TV, hairdryer, telephone, iron/ironing board, safe and free Wi-Fi.

Food & Drink

Guests can choose from two restaurants at Vila Petra. Choose from the main restaurant, Xeirus, a buffet restaurant specialising in Mediterranean and international cuisine or try the à la carte option Bucha Tapas & Wine Bar. For snacks, head to the Green Snack Bar and for drinks, try the Acqua Pool Bar or Stone Bar.

Sports & Entertainment

In the hotel's grounds guests will find a large outdoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a snack bar, sun loungers and parasols.
