We staid in this hotel in May, travelled here with the family. It is a great hotel can fault it, offers everything you require. Upon arrival the room was not ready, so we had to wait a little while until it was finished, in the mean time we were offered to go to the bar and have a drink whilst we waited. We staid in the family room, which was a fair size with all facilities required. Rooms were cleaned every day, with some lovely housekeeping staff who always said hello every morning. Lovely location right next to the beach. Has plenty of sun beds and number of swimming pools. It also has many bars with brilliant staff working within the hotel, everyone is very friendly. However reception can get very busy and hectick sometimes it seamed that some of the staff working on the desk could not understand what I was trying to ask them, but it wasn't a hudge problem. It is about 15minits drive from the nearest village, however there is a bus leaving right outside hotel only for €1.70. Overall a gread holiday and brilliant destination!

My wife and I returned to Norida in October 2014, our fourth visit. For anyone who is thinking of taking a holiday at Norida, stop thinking and book it, you will not regret it. Norida is all inclusive. Rooms, like all the hotel, is kept to a very high standard. The selection of food is excellent, with a good range of alcohol available, the selection in wine could be improved. The hotel is run to a very high standard and this must be put down to the manager Michalis Giorntamilakis, having said that you cannot run a hotel of this quality without good backup from your staff and Michalis is supported by Kalliopi, reception manager and her staff, Magda, Sotiria, Anastasio and Christina, dining room staff Vivi, meet and greet on the door, Stefanos and Maitre D AKA as Mr Bean. The adult bar is well attended by Eduard, Antronis, Karin, Petronis and new girls Nansy and Irrania. To all members of staff we say thank you for making us feel special and making our stay with you a pleasure. Norida is part of the Mitsis group of hotels and during our stay we had the pleasure of meeting Mr Mitsis in person, a lovely charming gentleman, who appreciates how hard his staff work. Norida has lovely well maintained grounds, nice pool area and on the beach. This year they have added a pizza hut on the beach which is very busy and you can watch your pizza being made, and is conveniently next to the beach bar. A good selection of water sports, although some do carry a charge. I could write forever on Norida as I love the hotel, the staff, the area and everything about it and yes we will be back in 2015.
Kos holidays are enjoyable year-round, with average temperatures around 25° Celsius. Come prepared for days stretched out on the sunny shores of Kardamena beach getting a lovely, golden tan. Temperatures regularly reach 30° Celsius. during the summer months, but the waters are just perfect for swimming.
All travellers are advised to ensure that tetanus and polio vaccinations are kept up to date. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from all travellers over one year of age coming from infected areas.
