Just returned from an excellent holiday at Messonghi Beach Resort. The staff worked very hard to organise every detail so that the holiday went really smoothly. They were friendly and extremely helpful. The resort was beautiful, clean and had superb facilities. We went all inclusive and this made the holiday very good value. Every meal was delicious with many choices!
That was an excellent experience at Messonghi Beach Resort. A beautiful Hotel at the sea side, with very good service and food, and a brand new huge Disco for Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba parties. A...
We have stayed there for one week. We booked a bungalow room and got the all inclusive package. When we arrived late at night we were sent in the main building that it was really terrible, no air-condition in both rooms and no food at all ,neither a bottle of water!!!!!! The next day, we were given a bungalow that we enjoyed a lot as it was in a sea view area. The room was clean and big but need renovation. I throw on the floor the towels so that to be changed(we went Thursday night and they changed it on Sunday). The daily stuff was really good and helpful but the night stuff was rude. As for the food, we only tasted it once at night, and it wasn't cooked at all, or it was full of oil. We try to manage to enter the pools, there were no space at all to sit on as people were going early in the morning to take place. As the hotel is big, they should have enough place for all their guests. We pay for the wi-fi to have free access from our room but it had a really bad signal. The only good of that hotel is its area, very beautiful gardens, congratulations to the gardeners!!!!!!!

Its a very good hotel. You get what you pay. The beach is not so beatiful and you have to pay for it ( it must me included!!) but its ok. My advice if you are young is to book a half board and to...
We've just had a stay at the messonghi beach. All in all we loved our holiday but it could be such a lovely hotel with a bit more effort. The hotel and grounds were immaculate. Nice, clean and maintained well. The food was in my opinion below average but if you are paying for a 3* hotel you are going to get 3* food so we just accepted that. Our daughter Summer loved the mini disco every night but after that finished the entertainment for the adults was very dull. There is a lot of Eastern Europeans staying at the hotel and quite frankly they are very rude, pushing in at the bar and restaurants, no manners what so ever but that is no fault of the hotel. The sunbed situation really needs to be addressed as there is nowhere near enough beds for the guests and the ones that are out are snapped up at 5am, sometimes towels are left on the beds for hours and hours without any return despite notices stating that after an hour the towels will be removed by authorized staff, this never happened. The staff were very helpful and polite. We don't go on holiday to watch tv but the only English channel on the very small tv's in the room is bbc world news. It would have been nice for some kids tv for summer to watch while we were getting ready. So all in all a great holiday but a little more effort to cater for the English as much as the other nationalities and it would he far better
