Fantastic stay from the 27july to 6 august,we went to egypt for a month and stayed in 3 hotels, its also the 5th year in a row we have travelled to egypt and where others try this is definately a 5 star hotel. the rooms were clean with the best hotel bed weve ever stayed in,they even had a pillow menu! we went e class all inclusive and with a young family were pleased we didnt pay the extra to go s class theres no need as the restaurants in house are more than good enough. we spent most of our time down the beach and found the guys behind the bar and waiters were the best we have encountered on holiday. - my 4 year old son zac loved rauf who gave him toys every day and also a special thanks to meena (george clooney) and mohammed who treat us like royalty at every bar he worked in. its the first time ever our kids would go to kids club, my daughter kirsten fell in love with alicia and marianna, they woould take them ice skating and bowling each day for free. would also like to thank the towel guys on the beach safty and bakly they had beds waiting for us every day and would lend us snorkels. the hot rock restaurant was my favourite but make sure you bring trousers and shoes otherwise you'll end up borrowing a pair which dont fit like i did,lol the seafood was my partners favourite and i would also like to say how good the manager mohammed ezz was with my kids. all in all it was a fantastic holiday and we hope to back in the future but our only gripe was when it says check out at 12 noon it actually means you have to start paying for food and drinks till you leave for the airport,we have never heard of this before and were caught out.

I spent 5 nights, from 15th to 20th August 2015. Savoy provides shuttle service from-to Airport which is an add on service, i made the checkin in 5 min because maybe i came late, and checked out in 5 min as well. Everything was good except for the room, i had a garden view ground floor room, i never suggest to hotel visitors, because insects and bugs you might see, i called the customer relationship management, and they really apologised and changed my room to upper floor garden view room which was excellent one. Hotel staff are all polite, and keen to give you all the support, thanks to all of them. Food varieties are amazing, with exceptional open buffet, i liked it so much. there are lot of dietary options that you can select from, salad varieties are not that much. sweets are medium (still you can enjoy it very much). fruit selection are wonderful and fresh. place is wonderful, next to soho square where you can enjoy open air live shows. there are 4 pools, one for kids, the other three max depth are 140cm, 160cm, and 180cm. Did not face any issues from AC. There are lot of kids activities as well. Value for money is quite high.

This a very good hotel, the rooms are spacious clean well-equipped. Staff are professional and responsive. The food served in the restaurant is very good and tasty. The hotel overall design and landscape is amazing. Only they seem to have a problem with air conditions in the public spaces especially the restaurant so in hot days the air condition doesn't work as good an needed. but overall my experience in there was pleasant :)
