Overview

Chris Le Mare Luxury Villa is your own little slice of holiday heaven, in the Levanda Villas complex of Protaras. It's got three bedrooms, tons of living space and the luxury of your own private pool - so you don't have to feign disapproval every time the kids do a bomb in it. We know you want to get in on the action really... and now you can!

Just a heads up that Chris Le Mare Luxury Villa is restricted. It's best if you book a private taxi service to be taken directly to your accommodation.

How far is the nearest beach?

It's just a 10-minute walk to Vrysoudia Beach.

Distance from airport

The villa is around 55km from Larnaca Airport - just a hop, skip and a jump when you're on holiday time.

Rooms

The villa has air con throughout and comes with all the little touches, from USB power sockets and Wi-Fi all across the villa (including by the pool!) to a parking space right outside - great if you want to rent a car for exploring the area. The villa is cleaned daily and towels and linens are changed every other day.

Downstairs you'll find a dining area big enough for 6, a living room with comfy sofas and a TV, a downstairs bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes with a fridge-freezer (what we like to call the ice-cream-and-beer-cool-storage-box), oven with ceramic hobs, microwave, toaster, espresso machine and a dishwasher so you don't have to worry about the washing up!

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with orthopaedic beds for the cosiest night's sleep, as well as their own TV, wardrobes, hairdryer, safe box, pool towels and toiletries. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and there is a family bathroom with bathtub / shower. Oo, and luxury bathrobes and slippers for the whole crew!

Outside you'll find a freshwater swimming pool (depth 0.9m - 1.4m), with an outdoor shower, sunbeds and cushions for lounging in the sunshine (plus umbrellas for shading from it) and a 6-seater dining table for al fresco meals.

Food & Drink

When you walk through the doors of your swanky villa, you'll find a welcome pack with two bottles of wine, two beers, two fizzy drinks, two juices and two bottles of water.

The nearest big supermarket is 2.5km away, in the direction of Paralimini, so you can stock up on everything you need. Plus, there's a little shop 800m away and a bakery for freshly-baked goodies just 1.5km away in Agia Triada. Some brilliant local restaurants are located a 1km walk away from the villa.

Sports & Entertainment

Whilst the villa isn't located in the grounds of a hotel, as part of your stay, you can access all the free facilities of the nearby Louis St Elias Resort & Waterpark hotel, such as waterslides, another outdoor pool, a kids' pool, kids' club, an outdoor jacuzzi (adults only) and a gym.

There's also a kids' outdoor playground right near the villa.

You can rent a car using the Louis St Elias Resort Waterpark reception number (open 24hrs) and there is an on-call doctor (extra charge) if needed during your stay.
