Sports & Entertainment
Fresh water, warmed in winter with an adjoining kiddies’ pool, of irregular forms and curvy shapes, emulating the style of Cesar Manrique. You will find it always fresh, tepid in summer and warm in winter, with a separate area shallow and sure for the "little ones".
There is a Pool deck - perfect for relaxing in the sun, Children's playground and Adventure Park & Mini golf course.
Always very clean. Staff excellent. Location easy for all amenities. Facilities are all you need for a quiet get-away in the sun. We stay here 3 times a year. No need to look anywhere else for value...
We have stayed at this hotel on many occasion and it never fails to please! The staff are all extremely friendly and would go our of their way to help you where they could! The hotel is kept extremely clean, maid service 5 days a week and lining changed twice a week, pool side cleaned every day, pool bar and restaurant also very clean! The apartments are fairly basic inside, but have all facilities needed for a self catering holiday apartment - bedroom and sofa bed, en-suite with bath, shower, WC and sink, kitchenette with hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, saucepans etc. Each apartment has a balcony that overlooks the pool!! Always a great price for this hotel!! Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and plenty of space to place them! The pool is a decent size, not usually overly busy and you can have a quick dip to cool down or have a pleasant swim around from edge to edge - depends what takes your fancy!! This hotel should definitely be high up on your list of options when staying in Los Christians - short walk to the beach and the harbour with plenty of restaurants but not too near the busy area which keeps it quieter than other hotels in the area! We will definitely be staying again, just finding dates of when we can go and we will be booking another stay with them! Highly recommended!!

We booked our holiday through Lowcost Holidays and just wanted a short week's break in the sun. My wife had been here before with a friend so we didn't hesitate to book. The apartments are well furnished with everything you would need for this type of holiday. They are cleaned daily and bed linens and towels are changed every other day. The service at reception was excellent and the pool area is spotless and provided with good quality sunbeds. There is a charge for sunbed cushions of 1.50 euros a day and for umbrellas, although no one seems to bother with the umbrellas because there is usually shade available form the buildings and trees. The apartments are located an easy level short walk from the town centre and there are plenty of good restaurants and bars close by. There is also a good large supermarket within about 150 yards and the bus station is the same distance away. My only complaint is that Wi-Fi is charged at 20 euros for the week and is not very reliable and quite slow. I also had to log on to their system every time I wanted to use my I-Pad which was rather irritating. Other than that, a great place to stay.

We stopped in the Aguamar for the second time in July last year & have just booked to stop for the 3rd time this year in April. These appartments are spotless, and are in a great location. We had a top floor appt which was great as the pool view was to the left side & the balcony faced out over the hills/mountains, we had sun on the balcony all day but was cool in the evenings. The staff were all lovely and were really helpful, cracking place and really great value for money. Looking forward to the 26th April 2015!!

We stayed at the Aguamar apartments from the 4th February to the 18th but were unlucky with the weather for about the first six days. The hotel facilities were very good and the pool area was kept very clean as were the communal walkways. The reception was extremely helpful particularly when there was confusion as to how the in-apartment wifi worked and when the free wifi in the internet room was not working I was given free 24 hours in the apartment. I did not use the bar or restaurant - why would you when there are plenty of good and interesting restaurants and cafes throughout Los Cristianos. One moan was they did not enforce the no reservation of sun beds rule despite posting notices in English and Spanish (not German though!) and saying they would in the information pack. The reception provided pool towels free but this was not advertised. The apartment was OK but the laminate floors in both those we used needed replacing. We spent the first night in a temporary one so they could move us into another of our choosing the next night. Very accommodating. The linen and towels were changed frequently but the bath towels were small and of low quality. The apartment was always cleaned properly and the rubbish from under the kitchen sinks removed daily even though there were two days of the week when there was no maid service. The bed were quite firm but not hard and they had been replaced recently. We found them fine and we slept well. There were limited English TV channels, but enough. The balcony was adequate but we did not get sun on it until 5pm. The sofa was uncomfortable because it served as an extra bed and the arm chair was not the best. Overall the apartment was spacious enough for two people. I cannot say we would book there again as we do not usually return to the same place but there were people who were enquiring about next year and we spoke to a chap who had returned for the 5th year. In summary, you get what you pay for. It is a three keys resort but I think they aspire and achieve, in certain areas, better than that. I would recommend them if that is the standard being sought.
Los Cristianos holidays mean basking in the famed Tenerife sun - summer temperatures can reach as high 30° Celsius, with averages of around 17° Celsius by December. Bring your sunscreen! There's a negligible amount of rain, just the odd scattered shower, so if you want to get wet, it's the pool or the Atlantic you'll have to visit!
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
