We have just returned from an end of June holiday at this lovely hotel. It would be harsh to fault the place! Staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is great, especially breakfast. Entertainment was, to be fair, variable but the last night "Temptations" was superb! We had no difficulty getting sun beds every day, although as more families were arriving towards the end of our stay, so we saw a tightening of availability. However, pool staff do keep an eye on the towel placers and we were pleased to see them put a stop to this when it happened. The rooms, yes, plural, were perhaps the only word of warning. We had booked a sea view room, and having arrived late at night we only became aware that our view was a side view and not as expected in the morning. However, we had been impressed by the quality of the air con. We asked for a room change to get the paid for view, and got it.....quite superb! However, air con was really poor and we had to sleep with the windows wide open to get the air we needed . We didn't complain as we had read that some rooms had poor air con and as they hadn't done anything about it before, what would be the point now. Room 909 if interested.....lovely views, poor, very poor air com.! On our final day we were given a room for an hour to clean up and prepare for our late night flight. Again, lovely room.....and fabulous air con! So the message is, check carefully before accepting the room allocated...but everything else was great. Overall, despite the above comments, a special place to stay and we will certainly return here in the future.

From the moment we arrived my wife and I knew we were in excellent hands, every single member of staff at the hotel, restaurants, bars and Las Rochas Beach Club were friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is excellent, the rooms are smart and clean, there are several bars (a particular favourite is the rooftop bar which as it was tucked away was usually pretty quiet) and Las Rochas Beach Club was amazing, lazing all day on the Bali Beds was pure bliss. All in all it was a perfect venue for our honeymoon and I would recommend the hotel, the setting, the staff and the prices to anyone.

I have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Tenerife staying at this particular hotel. The restaurant staff were the most helpful, friendly and respectful people I have ever met - Food is very important for me and there were many selections, live cooking and many ranges. Kids animation - My kids were so happy with the kids animator Bella they want to go back! She done really well and made my kids' holiday so fun, enjoyable with plenty of activities. The staff greeted my by arrival in particular Ivan one of the management team and Martin the guest relation manager and made me feel really welcomed and assisted me with anything I needed and enquired. I do recommend to stay here - FITNESS/SPA/WELLNESS - GREAT FOOD - GREAT STAFF - GREAT KIDS CLUB - AND GREAT LOCATION (walking distance playas las americas/costa adeje/Los Cristianos

We arrived Friday 19th June at 1.30pm to be greeted in Reception by a glass of chilled Cava and orange juice. Reception was quick and efficient and our cases were taken to our room 870 on the eighth floor. The room was clean and nicely presented and our balcony overlooked both the mountains to the right and the harbour and sea to our left. You control the flow of air conditioning to your room well stocked fridge and mini safe available at extra cost if required. The grounds of the Hotel are spectacular without doubt some of the best you will find anywhere in Adeje and a credit to the owners and staff. No matter how busy the Hotel got we could always find somewhere to sit quietly and take in the fantastic views. The sea water pool accessed through an underpass under the prom is another delight of this Hotel with yet more great views. Everywhere you go there is somewhere to sit whether it's loungers by the pool settees on the terrace you will never be short of somewhere to sit. The food was excellent a lot of seafood which was not to our taste but everyone seemed to love it and I enjoyed many healthy salads and the Catalan potatoes were a favourite of mine.Breakfasts were excellent and the choice is very extensive even serving glasses of chilled Cava for those who hadn't had enough the night before. The Staff were always friendly and helpful and helped make our stay an excellent one. We will definitely be returning to the Jardin Tropical and for those with deep pockets check out the "Presidential Suite" perhaps a complimentary upgrade next time we go would be most welcome.
Costa Adeje holiday mean sun, and lots of it! The temperature here doesn't vary too much, with winter lows circa 15 to 20° Celsius, and summer highs nearing 30° Celsius. There's not much rain either, so if you want to get wet, dive into the pool or the warm Atlantic waters!
