Stayed here recently for a week. The Hotel is excellently situate and very attractive. We had a suite which was roomy and bright. The staff are outstanding and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them. We were on a bed and breakfast rate and found the breakfast quite good. Would recommend visiting the Isla de Lobos for breakfast which costs 5 Euro a day extra but is very good value with waiter service and additional items on the menu. Dinner at the hotel buffet is priced at 38 Euro which is somewhat expensive in view of the fare. Our only complaint of this hotel is the view from our room. We had paid extra for a sea view which was described in the publicity adverts.as a "spectacular sea view". Not so. The view was restricted on the left by a large palm tree and on the right by a wall with the effect that the view was very substantially reduced to quite a small area straight ahead.Certainly not as described.

This hotel is in the perfect position in playa blanca, the staff are always cheerful, nothing's too much trouble. Our room was a suite which had us on the top floor , bright clean corridor. The room it's self very clean and spacious , what I hate is the double bed ! A double bed is NOT 2 singles pushed together ! Apart from this. Been to Lanzarote lots of times this is by far the best resort and by far the best hotel I have stopped in for the canaries

Elisabeth concept at Princesa Yaiza

21 April 2015

Are you unsure of what colour suits you best? Wanting to make the most of your wardrobe? I can well recommend a visit to Elisabeth. I was sceptical but wow what an absolutely wonderful experience...

Are you unsure of what colour suits you best? Wanting to make the most of your wardrobe? I can well recommend a visit to Elisabeth. I was sceptical but wow what an absolutely wonderful experience. Elisabeth is fantastic. I had my "colours" done and was amazed at the difference wearing the right colours can make to your overall appearance and how you feel. Elisabeth also then went through hair styles and make up and how best to apply your make up with an emphasis on the best colours for you. Can not recommend a visit to Elisabeth enough.

We visited this great hotel for Sunday lunch on Easter Sunday. We ate in the main restaurant overlooking the beach and had a lovely 'brunch' in a relaxed atmosphere of good food and excellent service. The choice was superb with many options and choices from full breakfast to main lunch courses followed by some lovely sweet options. Overall superb so much so that we missed dinner that night and had a few tapas instead! I just wish that we had booked to stay here for our holiday - maybe next time.

Tourist Information

Weather

Cheap Playa Blanca holidays are more or less a fixture for tourists the whole year round, thanks in no small part to the consistently warm Lanzarote temperatures - consistently hot, that is! Hot it may be, averaging around 18° Celsius in December and 26° Celsius by the summer, but sultry breezes, courtesy of the trade winds, mean you’re never flustered. Having said that, ensure you have your sun cream on at all times to protect you from the sun's rays.

Jabs

As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).

European Style 2-Pin Sockets, 220/225V
