Stayed here 21st June to 2nd July. Fantastic hotel, lovely clean apartment, great food and choice, friendly staff. Right next to the beach and shops. Entertainment daytime and evenings. This hotel is more ideal for families with children as entertainment is mainly centred around them. They definitely keep the kids entertained. 3 pools. Lifeguard did a great job of not letting people put towels on sunbeds for hours before using them, he took them off. Be warned you have to pay for Wifi which we thought was unreasonable considering most places are free. Other than that I can't fault the hotel and would recommend. A must do trip is the volcanoes, amazing!

We have just returned from these apts yesterday firstly we were recommended these by a travel shop manager so thought we couldn't go wrong with that however on arrival the room we were given was stinking of dry rot it was disgusting we asked for a room change this was given but the second room was still slightly smelly we decided to make the most of it we only had our beds changed twice in a fortnight bins never emptied the air con is a joke a desk fan was all we had and it was covered in dust we heard there had been cut backs with maid service it certainly showed if they had then the carry on with toewels being placed on the ground was unbelievable people were standing from 730 for beds even although the beds weren't unlocked till 9am there was no sign of a rep on departure from hotel shocking the reps were fairly incompetent when we did see them would not return here or reccomend them in a hurry

Stayed here in early June for a family holiday (2 year old and 4 year old). Rooms were very clean and serviced daily. We took the half board option which saved the hassle of looking for somewhere to ear with hot, cranky kids!! Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice, and evening meals offered a good selection, including various fish and meats cooked to order. There is a kids club which caters for children over the age of 5 and each evening there was a disco which kept the little ones entertained. The pool area was clean and there was always plenty of room to be found. The only areas of improvement I could suggest is the speed of service, particularly at the bar where you could spend over 10 minutes waiting to be served. The staff were always pleasant while serving but dealing with more than one order at a time was definitely not an option. One of the activity staff started a game of hide and seek with the children one evening which saw all the kids scatter before any parents were aware of what was happening - not the safest or most controlled activity. Overall well worth a stay for a family holiday - excellent facilities, friendly staff, good location. Would definatly consider returning
The thermos and thermals can stay unpacked because even in the doldrums of winter, Lanzarote holidays are a sure bet for sunny temperatures averaging around 15 to 20° Celsius, soaring to near 30° Celsius by summertime. People who like rainy holidays can look elsewhere - by Matagorda's sun-basked coastline, the best way to get wet is by splashing into the warm Atlantic waters.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
