stayed in these apartments many times basic but very clean staff are very helpful and i hope that when they reopen after refurb they will keep same staff. pool looks lovely bet isnt heated and so was freezing. these apartments are going to be called lanzarote palm when they reopen look out for them they are in a great position up hill but not far from all the bars and restaurants.
We had standard room with pool view – good choice, in my opinion better than the other side rooms. The room was clean and spacious. There was a fridge, kettle and bottles of water. Bathroom was small...
We have stayed here several times and we love it, basic apartments in a central location with hard working staff and a lovely pool, plaza palmeras is no longer open or called plaza palmeras, the new company Ginestar hotels has taken it over and is totally refurbishing it, the pictures are available to view on their website and it will be amazing and called Lanzarote palm. It is not all inclusive or run by thomsons and children are still allowed, prices are roughly 70 euros per night when booking direct. Plaza palmeras will be sadly missed and anyone who can afford to stay at lanzarote palm Enjoy.
Just returned from phoenix park candolim, the bar area was very nice, as was breakfast, our room was not , every time we complained, we were told come back later, the room was filthy, and we had ants...

Also when trying to print our boarding passes at reception they told is we just couldn't do it .. They couldn't be bothered more like! Also the cooking equipment was dirty when we got here.. I'm not usuLly one to make a fuss and I have stayed here last year as well but I wont be coming back again
Location: nice Room quality: standard room - below average, deluxe rooms - decent Cleanliness : needs improvement Food: no comments We were a group of 40 people travelling for an official...
I think it was an absolute mess.. The room we stayed in was horrendous the pool bar was awful with not much to offer , general cleanliness was horrid would never ever go there again if you have booked this hotel rebook..
Lanzarote basks in year-round sunshine and warm temperatures. This Canary Island averages temperatures around 18° Celsius in winter and often rises above 26° Celsius during August's peak season. Soothing Atlantic breezes keep you from getting too hot on holidays in Puerto del Carmen, but don't be deceived; the rays are harmful, so get out the sunscreen and rather than going pink, get tanned!
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
