The hotel offers a range of contemporary room types to suit all guests, including Double Superior Rooms, Junior Suites, Double Superior Relax Rooms, Suites and Ocean Suites. Each guestroom is furnished to perfection with a fresh, neutral colour scheme and a selection of amenities such as a safety deposit, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, minibar, coffee maker, kettle, bathrobe, slippers and a pillow menu.

The hotel features a main buffet restaurant and three a la carte options. Bella Lucía is where you’ll find an open buffet for dinner with live show-cooking stations. For a specialized dining experience, Erizo Restaurant serves a la carte cuisine with pop-up opening dates according to the hotel's schedule and requires a prior reservation. For those seeking Asian flavors, Kaori restaurant offers an innovative a la carte dinner service, also requiring a reservation and subject to a weekly schedule. Additionally, La Barra is open for both lunch and dinner services and does not require a reservation. Please note that a la carte restaurants and drinks are not included in the Half Board supplement. For in-room refreshments, every room includes a courtesy minibar with daily repositioning of mineral water and two snacks, alongside an express coffee machine and kettle. A menu of drinks to be served in the room is available via Room Service at an extra cost. Guests accommodated in Junior Suite Sea View Relax, Suites Sea View and Ocean Suites, can enjoy Daily à-la-carte breakfast in the room free of charge (Prior reservation required).

The beach is just a stone’s throw away from the hotel for those who fancy a day by the sea. Guests can also enjoy FREE access to the gym and sauna at the Sports Centre Fariones. The hotel also offers boat trips (extra charges may apply) and excursions to the north and south of the island (extra charges may apply) so that guests can explore.
