Reception is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you arrive outside these hours, you will be assisted through their remote reception service, available from 4:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. Upon arrival, please use the intercom located at the entrance. Their team will provide you with the necessary entry instructions, including the access code for the main door and your apartment number.
