Reception is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you arrive outside these hours, you will be assisted through our remote reception service, available from 4:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. Upon arrival, please use the intercom located at the entrance. The team will provide you with the necessary entry instructions, including the access code for the main door and your apartment number. Please note that this property has a lot of steps and is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
