Hotel was clean and tidy......food was what we where expecting for all inclusive so anything over a week gets very boring. Lacked snacks and ice cream etc during the day, you could tell the hotel was set up for more of the German clientele. 110% is given to the one woman (how seemed to be wonder woman) on the entertainment front, I believe she is the only one working there! Evening entertain in the hotel was absolutely terrible, thank goodness that a cheap taxi drive away to Playa de ingles.....good for sunshine and a quick cheap week away

This is a lovely location with very clean and comfortable rooms with a spacious balcony with table and chairs and clothes drying pull out line. The pool has a poolside bar with the usual sun loungers and umbrellas. The food is varied and tasty. The dining room is clean and welcoming with a relaxing atmosphere. The site has a spar shop where you can buy virtually anything you require. There is a children's club for the younger children. All the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The site has all inclusive facilities as well as, self catering. Bus tickets can be obtained to access the local.area from outside the turbo club and were free for all inclusive holidaymakers. My only issue was we were not informed about booking an air conditioned room before we went. So if you choose to go do this before you arrive, otherwise it is expensive to upgrade when you are there. One other point to make is your all inclusive ends at 12 noon on your day of departure, which is a problem if your transfer isn't until the evening. You have to vacate your room by 10a.m. and place your cases in reception. We requested a room which they allowed us to do, but it cost 20 euros per person. Also, we wasn't guaranteed it until the actual morning of our last day. So this would need to be clarified before you go. Otherwise, a lovely holiday I did not want to come home.

food edible but some days couldn't bring ourselves to go in restaurant just looking at brussel sprouts & constant boiled eggs at breakfast serving just didn't go all inclusive thought it would include ice cream all day for the kiddies & snack bar available but no such luck icecream only available at lunch & dinner times with your meals & if you were lucky enough before they ran out you could have jelly with it no snacks available in the day between meals there were a few cakes between 3pm & 4,30pm but not a lot very disappointed as a whole especially the lack of air con too hot to sleep even when hired a fan did not help much glad to be home now

The most awful hotel I've ever visited. We went all inclusive and the food was revolting, we lived off of bread rolls for a week and the miserable staff shooed you out for stupid reasons like wet hair, see through clothing... The drinks machine never worked and nothing was branded although advertised as branded drinks... The coke was like syrup, the food and drink was disgusting we ended up buying from the local shop everyday defeating object of all inclusive.. The pool is dangerous as all the tiles are coming off of the floor and in a 10 night stay I know of 5 people who injured themselves in the pool. The staff spoke little or no English so we're no help when situations like this arose. In our 11 days at the hotel the cleaners came in unannounced twice. Once to replace towels and change the bins and once to "change the beds" this entails turning the bed sheet, pillowcases duvet cover INSIDE OUT ... Instead of changing and replacing with new ones, the room was ridden with cockroaches and none of the doors shut or locked properly. The wifi doesn't work despite paying extortionate prices for this and there is never anyone at reception. The entertainment for children is ridiculous and the adult entertainment would be diabolical if it wasn't for one of the animation team, Gilbert, he's amazing and the only reason we didn't get on a plane home was because of him. I highly recommend you don't stay at this hotel, it's awful. Thank you.
