Me and my partner stayed for a week at the end of April 2015. We had a good time with other guests but feel it did lack in certain aspects. The pool is amazing but if you have small children not ideal as it is all very deap without a shallow section for children. The jacuzzi is freezing but lovely to be in. It is all very clean and hygienic. The restaurant was very modernised and clean however seating was annoying every night of you are not in a big family as you would have to move cutlery from reserved tables that were never used just to sit on a smaller table. The food consists of beef, pork and chicken dishes. Which is okay however some people found it very repetitive. Staff all seemed lovely apart from one. Reception staff aren't very helpful as tere English is very limited. The hotel seems a rip off as although it is inclusive you have to pay for extra beds, kettles, wifi, to use the television which is in your apartment etc. The storage in rooms is very limited. But the rooms are very spacious. The all inclusive does finish at 12pm meanin if you have a late flight like ours it can be a pain. They charge you 12 euros each for your all inclusive to continue and 20 euros each for the room. They are very strict on this. We found the entertainment lack. They do have a full programme in place to do 6 activies a day. If you have children it is superb as the entertainer Robert is very good at sticking to the schedule and getting the children involved even when there is a language barrier he tries very hard. I could not fault his service however the adult entertainer Sabrina could do with a bit of training. She was fun at times however me and my partner enjoy doing the activities that were listed and flid she didn't do a lot of them and when asked if we can go do them she would try and Palm us off to go places etc. We found this very annoying. I also encountered the fact she takes a lot of selfies with you as guest on her personal phone which she then uploads to her personal facebook page and then shares with the hotel page. This is a private page that only she can control so when we added her on the holiday to be accepted and seeing our photos to then get back to the UK and have her block us is VERY INAPPROPRIATE. We have now lost all our holiday photos and are not happy. We were also not happy with her as she seemed to think she was the boss upsetting a few people on holiday and also showin unprofessional behaviour in front of people on there holiday. She would shout at her colleagues and be very rude which is not acceptable. She would also get involved with the adults and children when she was meant to be just the adult entertainer and constantly had ago at poor Robert for interacting with adults. When explaining things to her you would be very outspoken as she would always speak over you and be quite rude and in your face. If you do not like in your face people and you are an adult I would not go otherwise you won't have entertainment. I highly recommend the kids club with the entertainer as all the English children seemed to enjoy the holiday the most.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
