Just back 5adults 4 children our rooms were all facing the pool and were clean and tidy. Staff not very happy, they had loads to do short staffed.food ok but don't expect a full English we had bacon 3 mornings out of 11 they can't fry EGGS.in fact not very good at cooking much breakfast very poor and we've been to loads of AI.No snacks during the day except cake about 4.Its a mad set up for the bar pool bar open 10.30/12.30 2.30/6pm 8.30/11.30 Other times u need to go to inside bar.entertanment not great Nigel was good in fact the only one who smiled,a new girl started last week and she was a lot better than the other girl.Seating at night......a joke not enough tables or chairs and people sitting on sun loungers terrible. We went to holiday world it was good and good value. We all enjoyed our hols, and sun was fab but won't be going back.

we had a ground floor room which overlooked the pool which was nice ,the first few days were good then on the weekend the whole hotel was overtaken by spanish they put towels on sunbeds at night so the following morning there was not one sunbed to be had around the main pool ,there was work going on in some empty rooms around the quieter pool so that ended up being very noisy with drilling banging ect ect , food was okay much the same on most days including broccolli and carrots for breakfast !!had a tell off one of the cleaning staff when she was getting ready to clean our room she left it all open while she was in other rooms cleaning untill she was ready , she said it was to save time !! not much security either he seemed to be running the reception so god help us if we would have need him !! the entertainer is okay its all the same though lots of parrot/animal shows and constantly trying to get you to buy the photos, the beach is nice although theres not much along the front & beware of the coloured ladies putting cheap bracelets on you then charging you about five euros for it they tie them very tight so you cant get them off !! on our last day we had a late flight and wasnt allowed the all inclusive after twelve noon which considering on the day we arrived we hadnt had anything except a couple of drinks and some bread and warm chicken they could have allowed us to eat on that day we left. dont think i will be going back there , if you want a good day out we went to palmitos park and had a really lovely day, theres plenty to see and do there .

We wanted to take our children abroad for the first time for a week to see how we would get on. We went in July. I can honestly say it was fantastic. The ground floor accommodation we had was spacious and very clean. We were near the quiet pool which was great for the kids when they wanted their beds at night. All the staff were welcoming and taught my children Spanish greetings. In the middle of a heat wave, and to see them work so hard they need a medal. On the first day my son learnt to swim by a lovely lady who taught him. We visited The Palmitos Park which was a great day and the Dolphin show was amazing...a memory was son will never forget. Holiday world is great for the kids in the evenings, although we only went their twice but the upstairs part was great for both kids. Puerto Rica was beautiful and the beach is lovely. The Yumbo centre is amazing for shopping ad I hear the clubs are fab at night, although its not a place we cold take the children, so we stayed at the hotel. The entertainment was a lot to be desired but the reptile show was brilliant. We made friends and so did the children so it was ice to see the kids playing safely in the evenings. My only negative thing was the food! I found eating there really hard as there wasn't much I liked and I missed veg! I had chicken for 3 days running and one eve my son had jelly and chips as there was nothing he wanted as he had tried everything already. However saying this, the fact the kids could go get their drinks by the pool bar and be safe, id still go all inclusive, but Id advise taking some euros to enjoy some meals out. I did get sick f chips though! Overall it was a fab holiday and we loved every minute of it.

food is terrible, freezing cold, mouldy fruit, bleeding meats,tv is 1euro per hour, everything you need they want money upfront+deposit cost fortune to eat out most night's both of us have come home with bad stomachs, we told the receptionist and they aint interested. if you have kids expect them to be bored as they is nothing for them to do. they provide kids entertainment for 1 hour at night then that's it done with, on hotel grounds it has a park consist of 1 tiny little slide and a bench. also please be aware if you are disabled in anyway they expect you to pay for the essentials you will need eg wheelchairs or a bathroom hoist for the shower. room was supposed to accommodate 4 people I really don't no where they get that from I slept on the sofa for a whole week why the 1 bedroom was taking up for wife and son. also wifi is 6euro per 24 hrs per device aircon is 60 euro plus a deposit so rented a tiny little fan for 17euro plus 10 deposit which to be honest may aswell not bothered. we paid a reasonable amount of money to come here all inclusive and we lived in the spar shop on site buying are own food\drinks which as you can imagine cost a fortune. its clean and tidy but that's the only compliment I am willing to give them.
