This place is very clean and comfortable. We were on all inclusive basis which was fine. Lovely pools one with pool side bar and another for quieter sunbathing. The food was very good plenty of variety .Rooms upstairs with .small kitchen good sized living room balcony front and back. Excellent value for money staff very pleasant helpful. Would go again. Entertainment at night for all. Short taxi ride to Maspalomas cost 4euros.
Rooms are a reasonable size however if there is more than 2 one is expected to sleep on the uncomfortable sofa. This is not an adequate solution. Rooms were clean and were cleaned twice in our week...
Turbo club does not claim to be five stars, it is what it is, an economical family orientated all inclusive complex. The rooms are all mini apartments with kitchen diner/living room, large double bedroom and separate wet room/wc The food is ok with plenty of variety, and plenty of it, three main meals a day plus tea/coffee and snacks at tea time. The pool side bar is open all day and the main bars open to 11.30 at night. Good big swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, which are plentiful. The whole place is relaxed, whilst at the same time tere is always something to do, Air rifle shooting, water polo, table tennis pool darts, etc are all on offer during the day with the resident host arranging tournaments for those who want to join in. Not too much to do at night time, some organised entertainment, but mainly people sit outside and chat to new found friends. The kids love it here. There is free transport to and from the fabulous beach, but its only five minutes away. Maximum 5 euros in a taxi, and you are close to Playa Inglese which teams with night life of all types. As I said to start with great value family venue, not posh, not pretending to be anything its not, but clean comfy and friendly Our second visit !! says it all

Rooms are a reasonable size however if there is more than 2 one is expected to sleep on the uncomfortable sofa. This is not an adequate solution. Rooms were clean and were cleaned twice in our week stay. Some of the reception staff are not very helpful, and some of the staff could be doing with cheering up!. Staff did not advise does and donts of the hotel or any upcoming things to see and do Food was repetitive but there was a reasonable choice however it was only ever Luke warm at best Was frustrated paying for Internet, TV, safe and to print out booking cards 1 euro per sheet. The alcohol wasn't the best quality and was glad of the Rennes I packed. Entertainer was good , could do with some other activities as it gets a bit repetitive The beach was lovely but try to avoid the women tying thread on you and praying Playa des ingles was good for a night out if you can handle all the people trying to pull you into clubs and pubs

Returned home in the early hours today after ten days all inclusive at Turbo Club.. Seven of us in total and we were all really happy with our stay. Lovely main pool, a quieter one opposite reception with a baby pool alongside it. Food and drinks were excellent. Apartments spotless and clean. Staff very pleasant. Main entertainer (young black chap) very good at what he does the kids love him and so did we. The beach is a free bus ride away and is stunning but please make sure you AVOID the group of African woman as you approach the beach.. firstly they grab your hand and then attach a bracelet to you and once it's on ask for money I only had small change which they said wasn't enough and asked for a note to which I said no chance by this time they had circulated around us and became very vocal and demanding, luckily we escaped unharmed but reading online lots of people have been mugged and attacked by these immigrants, I'd hate for someone's holiday to be ruined by this so please be ready for them. Back to the resort.. there isn't really much else to say apart from it'll teach us not to go by other reviews as we weren't overly looking forward to this holiday due to what we had read but it really was great value for money. The only negative points I have which stopped me from giving a five star rating are.. Dart board is knackered, borderline unplayable along with the darts. The pool tables and table football are 1 Euro, expected this to be free. Have to pay for a safe and fan. If situated by main pool its not ideal if you want to sleep before 11.30pm as the entertainment echoes through the rooms. Overall 4/5 really enjoyable stay, will hopefully be returning in the near future. Thank you Turbo Club.
