Recently got back from 11 nights all inclusive at this hotel!! Food was disgusting and undercooked most of the time! Rooms had no aircon and was unbareable to sleep which led to having to pay an extra 100 euros to have a reasonable nights sleep by renting an aircon unit and a fan due to the air con unit only being available for a week minimum at a time! The toilets beside the pool were filthy and on 2 occasions actually had faeces around the seats and on the floor. The pool area was dangerous as they're was tiles missing. The staff were so rude and never made effort to make your stay enjoyable! The beach IS NOT walking distance and finally there is not enough sun beds for all guests which creates a race in the morning to get one! Will not be recommending this hotel or staying there again!

We have just returned from a week hol at turbo club we had a lovely time! Yes the room was basic but it was clean and being all inclusive kitchen wasn't needed apart from the fridge for water. The staff work very hard to keep the place clean Especially as some people don't know how to use a bin! Swimming pools were great we preferred the quiet 1 both salt water. We overlooked the other pool which was very entertaining watching people almost hitting each other with sunbeds to get them out in their preferred place then put towels on but hardly use them, no wonder they lock them up at night. Entertainment not really our thing so cant comment. Food was a little bit repetitive but we didn't go hungry, yes soft drinks aren't as nice but alcohol was definitely not watered down if anything was to strong. There isn't alot to do close by but free bus is great also taxi cheap so we were able to do other things. Kids loved it thats the main thing. Would recommend if you want a cheap quiet hol.

A lot to be said about Turbo Club, mix feelings and not what we expected, me and my girlfriend went for a week 10-17 Aug all inclusive. All also noticed at reception people's passport photocopies lying around on the desk. ROOM- Very basic. bedroom, shower and living space, small kitchen area with fridge and 2 over tops with no pots/pans.. A TV which you have to pay to watch..(didn't work) Small balcony which was perfect to sit out on in the evening. FOOD- Horrible. For all inclusive we expected a lot better quality and tasteful food we found that every meal we had was either cold or warm. Staff never seemed to smile and seemed to work all day everyday. All inclusive food stopped at midday on day of departure. POOL- Relaxing but not a lot to do. We found the pool relaxing but can get very busy and you won't be able to find a subbed. we never used to smaller pool, the main pool had the bar in the middle where you could get drinks throughout the day which was perfect. All inclusive drinks stopped at midday on day of departure. Also music in background which you could hardly hear. The toilets on the pool site rarely cleaned throughout the day! ENTERTAINMENT- Very poor. I only saw 1 person all week running the activities and night entertainment. I only done riffle shooting once which was very boring ( 1 gun, 1 target, 20 people) the night entertainment for children seemed to be the same things each night, nothing for the adults. LOCATION- Not a lot in walking distance. The first night we walked to a amusement centre about 5 minutes away from turbo club, looked fun for the kids! Recommend a lot!! We then got talking to a sales man outside the bar on the corner called "Scott" really nice guy helped us a lot!! Highly recommend asking him for a map where he will circle all the local attractions! (Boat trip he will up sell wasn't worth the 45€ each!! If you ever feel peakish do NOT eat at the burger cafe near the football pitch!! Chicken burger looks/taste revolting!! Highly recommend taking a taxi ride to yambos amazing drag shows you'll have an amazing night!! Great for family. Also recommend a lovely Italian restaurant near the sea front past the lighthouse called "Grand Italia" Aqua land for the kids and adults is well worth the price! Absolute amazing day out but bring you own food and drink and prices and crazy!! 3.60€ a drink! The beach it's self was absolutely gorgeous! Amazing dunes and clean water sea! Can get very windy though!

1 kids entertainer walked off due to management. The replacement was a bit weird and only lasted 3 days. They were replaced with a girl that hardly spoke and was as much an entertainer as a concrete brick. The kids walked over her and she was unable to control them. I would be concerned at her ability to look after kids from 2-6 years old Gilbert the entertainer was brilliant and I'm sorry to say the place would literally crumble without him Cockroach in restaurant and outside of the kitchen. I saw them sweep them out and they stayed there till the following morning till a cleaner swept them away Cockroaches in the cavity of a number of rooms and you could hear then scratching Day of departure all inc ends strictly at 12pm. No exemptions at all Toilet backed up and flooded room and it stank for a couple of days Someone crapped on the floor in both the male and female toilets but management wouldn't do anything til the next day Sunbeds were claimed from 5am in the 1st week but got better in the 2nd week till 8.30. Fights daily to get the bed and then a place to put it. No regard for any children watching Tiles missing from the pool floor but overall not too bad on the foot. The spa was ok but I'm sure with the amount of kids in it all day it would have been more urine than chlorine No air con which meant no sleep as the sweat poured off you Fights daily and glass ashtrays thrown into the pool from adult to a late teen boy for knocking someone off a lilo in the pool- management didn't care nor did the lifeguard tbh Staff were grumpy but this could be because there were only 6 or 7 that worked from 8am-12pm Bedding was changed once in 2 weeks. As there was no air conditioning this was a bit smelly. Overall I survived but wouldn't go back. I wouldn't recommend you choose this place but if you have it is cheap and in the middle of nowhere. The free bus to the beach was good and the sand dunes is a must.
