Myself and my partner stayed here for a week and arrived back the other day.The hotel itself is gorgeous it really is. We were self catering so cannot comment on the food as we went out at night. We got something in the snack bar which was nice during the afternoon. The two pools are great as it means there is space for everybody to get into the pool. And there is no over crowding. The room was lovely and we had a nice quiet Apartment around the corner overlooking the Mini golf. The staff and the front desk were lovely and helpful with everything. We were not happy with the sunbed situation. My partner had to get up every morning at 7:15 to ensure we got a bed. It is horrible having to get up at that time in the morning just to get a bed beside the pool. There are o many beds available and you will be lucky to get a bed if your not down there by half 7: there should be a policy were you cannot just leave 5 towels down on 5 beds and come back whenever u want while others cant get a bed. Me and my partner felt really bad doing it but you have no option as its literally the only way off getting a bed is getting up at 7 in the morning and going down and putting towels on the beds. I went down 1 morning at half 7 i would say 100 beds were taken and 10 people were around the pools! Other wise it was a lovely place to stay but having to get up so early was a nightmare.....if you are looking for anything lively i would stay away from this complex as it is full of families and so many different nationalities which can be annoying and people don't mix at all everybody stays to themselves.

great hotel. Set in beautiful well kept grounds. Good layout. We stayed All Inclusive, could not fault the food, alot of choice for each meal time, not a place to go if you want burger and chips, there was always fish, steak, stews and canarian dishes available, great salad bar. As with most All Inc's it gets a bit like 'groundhog day' but we new this before we went. with only one pool bar, one restaurant and one main bar you are limited but we always had a walk out in the evenings etc anyway. As wine drinkers we were more than happy with the house red and white. Staff on reception are very professionsl and helpful in all matters. The bar/waiting staff not so friendly! We had a pool side apartment, great for us as a family. two large pools, plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is right next to the waterpark, which also hosts the market twice a week in its carpark. 5 min stroll to the strip. 15-20 mins walk down to the old town (£3 in a taxi back) The Old town is where Corralejo comesawake at night, great area. All in all a great place, oh and there is a bus each day to the beach 2euros or free if all inc. would definately go ahgain if the price was right!

I have just been back to las marismas for probably my 15th time in the last 10 years, my last time being about 2 years ago and I must say that I was very very disappointed with the service that I received, firstly I requested a room near the pool, they put us in the far corner near nothing, nice way to treat such a good customer, secondly I requested to hire a fan as it was so hot in our room as there is NO AIR CON in las marismas rooms and they told me that they didn't have any for 3 days, apparently this is a rare request although a man standing behind me in the queue said he had to wait a week for one, as I know corralejo very well I visited the local nortysur shop and purchased a floor standing fan for 29 euros, so why the hotel don't buy some I don't know, then if that wasn't enough the maid decided to clean our room only ONCE in a 7 day stay, I even complained after the 3rd day and they still didn't come just sent me some clean towels, I had bags of rubbish outside my room and filthy floors from start to finish, I am still waiting for the management to call me back, this hotel was great and it seams all the good staff have left leaving only a lady called Sanna who always tried to help, such a shame but I WILL NOT be going back...last thing if your children or yourself want to use the wifi then this will be another problem as it only works in the reception where you have 30 kids logged on and it barely works, come on guys it's 2015 no air con and no wifi ??? Simply a must these days, a friend of mine stayed at Bahia de Lobos hotel that has just had a full re fit to include wifi and air con in the rooms and I must say that's where I will be staying next time, I hope this helps, Thanks

We just arrived home today from Las Marismas, our family of 2 adults and 2 young girls 6 and 4. The hotel was just what we wanted for a week away. Family orientated with welcoming staff who went the extra step to ensure that your stay was relaxed and stress free. We had a great 1 floor apartment over looking the kids pool, room number 2259, Very spacious and suited us because we had 2 balconies which allowed my wife and I to have a drink and wind down at night on 1 balcony without disturbing the children. The pools are spotless, but 1 tiny gripe we found was that people were putting down towels from 7 am so if you left it util 10 am to go to the pool then you would really struggle to get a lounger, we were self catering so we cant comment on the quality of the food with the exception of our last day where we had breakfast in the hotel which was top quality. I would highly recommend Las Marismas and fully intend to return soon.
