Location

Set in Cala Egos, a peaceful part of Cala d’Or, the hotel is just a short 400m walk from the sandy beach of Caló des Pou. Palma de Mallorca Airport is around a 59km drive, making it a straightforward journey from touchdown to toes in the sand.

Rooms

Rooms here are bright, modern, and styled with a fresh Mediterranean feel. Guests can choose from studios with street or sea views, 1-bedroom suites, or spacious 2-bedroom suites with a separate living area and a double sofa bed.

All rooms include a balcony, rainfall shower, air-conditioning, TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a complimentary in-room safe. Two-bedroom suites also include an extra bathroom, as well as a kitchenette with kettle, microwave and mini-fridge, plus an additional TV for added comfort.

Food & Drink

The hotel offers one main buffet restaurant and several relaxed spots to enjoy a drink or snack throughout the day. TERRA is the central dining space, offering breakfast (08:00–10:30), lunch (13:00–15:00), and dinner (18:30–21:30) with buffet service and live cooking. With a sea view and varied Mediterranean dishes, it’s the heart of the hotel’s dining experience. FRESCO is also considered a restaurant, serving warm food and drinks from 11:00–23:30, with a light meal service available from 16:00–18:30. For drinks, AGUA is the lobby bar, open from 18:00–23:30 during the low season, offering a relaxed atmosphere with soft seating, a TV and pool table. The Tropic, located by the main pool and children’s splash pool, opens daily from 10:00–23:30 in high season and until 18:00 in low season. It's a central hub for daytime entertainment and refreshing drinks. La Calma, found next to the pool near the fourth building, is open daily from 11:00–17:00, providing a quiet place to enjoy a drink throughout the day.

Alua Suites Las Rocas offers a range of flexible meal plans to suit every style of stay. Choose All Inclusive for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks throughout the day (with a Snack Bar inside Terra open from 10:30–18:00). Half Board includes breakfast and dinner, Bed & Breakfast covers just breakfast, and the European Plan is room only.

Sports & Entertainment

Alua Suites Las Rocas offers a wide range of amenities to help you feel at home from the moment you arrive. There are three outdoor pools, including one with sea views that’s exclusively for adults, and another with a children’s splash area perfect for little ones. Sun loungers and shades are readily available, and towel service is offered with a deposit.

Families are well catered for, especially thanks to the hotel’s lively Astro Club. This programme keeps children happily engaged with games, painting, dancing and water activities, all led by a dedicated entertainment team.
