We visited Palace komplex second time this summer. 1st time was in July in White Island, 2nd time was in August in Palace. I am of the opinion that it is not worth to pay extra money to be in White Island. Palladium Palace hotel is better even though it is older than White Island. You can take advantage of all facilities in both resorts. Pros: bigger rooms and bathrooms equipped extra with bidet, elevators in the buldings of Palace, nice terrace for a dinner facing west (it is really nice to admire a sunset), no bad smell /stench from the drains in contrast to White Island, more green vegetation on the hotel grounds than in White Island, coctails made from fresh fruits for breakfast Cons: it is really hard to find something wrong...I didn't like the sticky and dirty tables by the pool (I mean the tables with sun loungers). They should be washed as well as the area around the pool. The hotel definately should provide more sun umbrellas!!!

Myself and my girlfriend went to Ibiza for the first time, aged 29 and 26 respectively. Following on from other 5* all inclusive hotels we wanted a weeks luxury break with all the food drinks and indulgencies we usually get in other countries (e.g. Turkey). Conversely - with deciding to hit Ibiza before I hit 30, we also wanted to try out the famous nightlife, hit some clubs, stay out until the sun rises and basically hold on to some of the debauchery and craziness we will undoubtedly soon lose. We planned on using the Grand Palladium for just that - a bit of both! Knowing we had the 5* to accommodate all our needs whether chilling out or nursing a serious hangover we opted for this hotel. Excellent, helpful staff, accommodating rooms, beautifully clean resort and pools, plentiful sunbeds, relaxed atmosphere, very good pool drinks access ... all of this was provided at the Grand Palladium. In terms of location - PERFECTLY located as its next to the airport for quick transfers and is literally a 5 minute walk to Play d'en Bossa's strip of clubs and bars. You can walk to Ushuaia in about 5 minutes. If I have to be overly critical, as one does with these reviews, I would say that compared to similarly priced 5* (such as Turkey and Egypt) the buffet food was a little repetitive. It was not bad or low quality - absolutely not - it was delicious but most of the same things were brought out lunches and evenings. However - we partied a little too hard and didn't get to try the A la Carte restaurants - this may have knocked this up to a 5/5 instead of 4/5 - so our own fault really! the only thing I would recommend directly to the hotel is to keep the DJ on throughout the afternoon. 12pm-1pm is bouncing by the pool but then the music disappears until around 6pm-ish... we wanted a little more music to enjoy in the afternoon when drinking cocktails. All in all we thought the hotel was brilliant and would definitely return! they sent a birthday card and complimentary bottle of wine for my girlfriend as they noted it was her birthday whilst we were there. This hotel would be great for couples, families, (But not too family orientated for the couples which is good) who want to have a bit of nice luxury with the odd party night - there were also some small groups of friends there too and a wedding party at one point so fair to say the hotel suits many ... Well done Grand Palladium - we had a great time! thanks !!!

My teenage daughters and I have just returned from a fantastic week at the Grand Palladium Palace. Everything about the hotel (and the sister hotel next door) was perfect. The spa was wonderful and the fitness classes varied and fun. Evening entertainment at both hotels was very good. The buffet restaurant offered an excellent choice of food and the three other restaurants were good, although choice was a little limited and portions small. The location of the hotel was great, right at the end of the bay so very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bus service to Ibiza Town was great and cheap. We hope to return in the future.

We spent a week at this great hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and fresh looking. The towels were changed daily and the sheets every couple of days. we had a great view of the oval pool. the hotel had two good clean pools. It was sometimes difficult to get sun loungers around the oval pool as this was the shallower one of the two. There were also a few lose tiles in the oval pool. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely in the main dinning area, and a good selection each breakfast/lunch and evening, although it was sometimes a little repetitive. We ate in two of the three restaurants. The Mediterranean and Mexican. The quality of food and service in both were very good. The beach was just a few minutes from the hotel and was clean and sandy. Again though it could be difficult to get hotel sun loungers. There was a range of entertainment in the evening, which on the whole was good. There was bus stop outside the front of the hotel which would take you into Playa d'en Bossa (although the centre was within walking distance) and then into Ibiza town for just 2 euros. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
