Lovely looking hotel & right on the lovely Plaja d'en Bossa beach. I assume it was given 5* status because of it's amenities. It has a gym & 2 themed restaurants as well as the buffet restaurant. We went to the Mexican which was very nice. The normal buffet restaurant did not have as much variety of food as 3 or 4* hotels that we have stayed at previously - I was expecting more really as it was a 5*. We gave up waiting to be served for drinks at some meals & went to the bar to get our own. They also used the hotel for conferences so some days these people would be in a cordoned off area of the restaurant & get all the service. The bedrooms were very smart & clean. We sat by the nice looking pool which was great for the kids to muck about in but not really great for swimming in as too shallow. There was plenty of space round the pool & no problem getting sunbeds, even for 10 of us in half term week. The hotel is now connected to the one next door by a bridge & we ate in their restaurant one night too. The hotel is at the end of the beach so we could not hear any of the nightlife of Plaja d'en Bossa so that was a bonus. I would go again.

This hotel is supposed to be 5 star so first impressions are disappointing, reception is a bit slow and it took a long time to check us in (90 mins) which compounded our initial impressions, however food and drink are first class, staff are all lovely without exception, our double room was very nice but the kids twin room was not so nice which was annoying because we paid the same for both, there was an extra bed in the kids room ( they knew there were only 2 people there), I asked for it to be taken away but it wasn't. That was a minor thing. Pool was very nice and clean, pool bar was great, everyone reserving pool beds annoying but what can you do about that?? Night time entertainment was amusing and the hotel is in a great position for the town, near enough to walk but far enough away to be peaceful. Also wifi terrible! We had a great week and would go back but it is really 4 star.

Me and my partner visited the hotel on 02/07 - 16/07 this year, we stayed last year around the same time. The hotel is of a very high standard and very clean, all staff from the cleaners to bar staff were so friendly and welcoming... even some staff remembering us from last year which was a nice surprise! The rooms are huge and the beds are so comfortable both of us slept really well every night. Air conditioning is great and very spacious balcony with nice views, bathroom finished to a high standard and very clean thanks to the cleaners who cleaned the room every day! Great daily activities for kids and adults each day and plenty sunbeds around the pool area. The beach is lovely and a short walk from the hotel with a stunning beach restaurant and free sunbeds on the beach for anyone staying at the hotel. Special mention for all the bar staff although we cant remember everybody's names Richard, Michael and Sergio were fantastic. My partners birthday was on the saturday however on the friday night at 12 oclock the bar staff surprised him with a cake, champagne and sang happy birthday to him, great effort from everyone involved as I didnt have to ask them to do this. There are 5 restaurants to choose from so no way you can get bored of eating in the same place all which serve different food. The entertainment team were all amazing at what they do, full of energy everyday and all very helpful and friendly, a special mention to Harry, Amy, Julie, Lex, Laura and everyone else we met. The entertaintment stage is massive and is situated outside with a bar and bar staff who come round and serve you while you enjoy the variety of different shows on at 10pm - 11pm each night with a kids mini disco each night before. We would both highly recommend this hotel to anyone from couples to families of any age. Also when visiting a trip to ibiza town and Formentera are a must!!! such beautiful places to visit and easy to get to from the hotel. Thanks again to the people of palladium for giving us a holiday we will never forget!! Hope to see you all again soon. Jade & Jamie x
