Fantastic, polite & helpful staff. Hotel has everything for one that is located on a beach. The food is excellent & with a good variation. We had breakfast in the main restaurant, lunch in the beach "Chiringuito" & dinner in the Italian or Mexican restaurants. There is also a bus service every 15mins to Ibiza town.

This was a fantastic 'First Choice' for a relaxed family holiday for 3 generations of a recently enlarged family. Everyone from the reception team to the cleaning staff were polite and very helpful and the dining team very efficient and friendly. The food choices were similar each day but the choices were so varied so you could eat something totally different each day. Our only slight disappointment was the quality of the adult evening entertainment during our stay but with everything else being so good this didn't dampen our enjoyment at all.
I would say this hotel is good but not a five star It has everything you need rooms are clean good entertainment for children and the food is just ok I don't think the reception was very helpful at...

We stayed here at the end of October and it was certainly quiet. Loads of space around the pool and you never felt over crowded in the restaurants and bars. The hotel is very close to the airport but this didn't bother us and the noise wasn't too bad, never noticed it in the room. The rooms are clean and there was a lot of space to unpack. The maids did an excellent job keeping the room tidy and the room was always done by 2pm. We were in block 2 overlooking the lagoon so we could see the flamingos feeding and enjoy the sunset. Upper rooms are better for the view. There are bottles of water in the fridge and you can stock up with more from the lobby bar. My only complaint is that the beds are quite hard (only my opinion) and the bedding and towels are a little old. The food was excellent, no complains at all. Lots of choice, even for fussy eaters. We tried both al la carte restaurants which were both very impressive and had helpful, friendly staff. The buffet restaurant was spacious and had a great salad bar as well as plenty hot dishes to pick. The desserts were lush. Some of the best food I have had in an all inclusive. Drinks were excellent, a good choice of wines, beers and cocktails. The lobby bar is open from 10am every day until late. The hotel is on the beach but you have to pay extra if you want a beach bed. The beach is nice but very quiet at this time of year. We didn't try the beach side restaurant so can't comment on it. There are two big pools, both with sections for children to play in. The pools were kept clean, but I didn't dare have a dip as it was a little chilly in the water. I'm sure they are fabulous in the summer. You can get pool towels from a little hut outside and opposite the main reception. Overall the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The animation team were approachable and happy to leave you in peace if you didn't want to join the with activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and would seriously consider coming back in the summer.
