Scorching temperatures hit 29-31°C with sea temps reaching a brilliant 24-26°C – absolutely perfect for proper beach days and swimming. July and August are the hottest with hardly any rain (just 2-7mm), making this prime time for sun worshippers. Expect the beaches to be buzzing, especially in August when everyone's on their jollies!
Shoulder Season: April-May & October 🌤️
Still lovely and warm at 22-26°C, with sea temps around 18-21°C. These months are brilliant if you want to dodge the peak season crowds while still getting proper good weather for beach time and exploring. May's especially dry with only 7mm of rain, and October's still warm enough for swimming at 21°C!
Off-Peak: November-March 🌥️
Milder temperatures of 16-19°C make this perfect for sightseeing, walking tours, and exploring the salt lakes without melting. The sea's a bit bracing at 14-17°C, so probably not one for swimming unless you're properly hardy! December sees a bit more rain (19mm), but it's still way less wet than most UK winter months.
