We're all about making your jollies as fab as possible, but if something isn't quite right, we always recommend telling a representative of the travel supplier, airline or a member of hotel reception staff while you're abroad. This means that someone closeby is aware of the issue and can provide immediate help.
If you still don't feel like the situation is resolved after this, then don't worry - you can get in touch with our in-resort support team. The best way to reach us while you're away is via WhatsApp, where our team can respond quickly and keep things simple. You can find their details - including the contact number and opening hours - below, as well as on your booking confirmation. We highly recommend getting in touch while you're away rather than once you're back home, otherwise we might struggle to help you out later on. And we really want to help you!
Just a heads up - all of our travel gurus are based in the UK. If anyone who claims to work for On the Beach moseys on up to you while you're on holiday, just know that it's not us - it's someone who wants to be us. Please don't give them any personal information.
