Good news! You can manage your booking at any time by logging into My Bookings via our website or app. Simply choose the holiday booking you want to manage, and from here you'll be able to:

• Access handy holiday documents

• Make changes to your booking

• Add any extras

• View your payment schedule

• Make a payment

Live Chat is available when you log into My Bookings.

Simply:

• Choose the booking you want to contact us about, and click Manage My Booking

• Go to the Send and Receive Messages page

• Start a chat. It's as easy as that!
