Our guide to checking in

an image

Here at On the Beach, we believe in making the check-in process as easy as possible. Thankfully, you can check out our handy guide below (see what we did there?), where we outline everything you need to know before you check in, no matter who you're flying with!

Checking In

Before flying, you'll need to check in for two reasons. 1) to confirm that you're travelling, and 2) to obtain a boarding pass - which will allow you to pass through airport security and enter the departure lounge, before ultimately boarding the plane.

Depending on the airline you're travelling with, there are different ways of doing this.

Flying with more than one airline

If your outbound and inbound flights are with different airlines, you’ll need to read the check-in instructions for both airlines. You can check the airline(s) you’re flying with by logging into My Bookings, or checking the flight voucher on your holiday paperwork.

Airline Booking Reference / PNR and where to find it

For some airlines, you’ll be asked for your booking reference or 'PNR' in order to log in and complete online check-in. You can find this in within My Bookings under your flight details, or on your paperwork in the Flight Summary (look for the 'Airline Ref').
