2. A customer who has made a Qualifying Booking (as defined below).

3. ‘Qualifying Booking’ means a booking made which meets all of the following requirements:

a) Order must be for a package holiday.
b) Order must be placed before 31 December 2022.

What is included and excluded?

4. For each Qualifying Booking, Boohoo.com and Burton will provide a discount code offering customers 15% off products on the following pages:

5. Upon making a Qualifying Booking, On the Beach will send you a link containing the discount code.

6. This promotion is subject to availability and OTB reserves the right to withdraw the promotion. If OTB anticipates this, it will stop advertising the promotion and a notice of withdrawal of the promotion will be added to the website on this webpage.

Who is my contract with?

7. Boohoo.com and Burton will provide the discount code.

8. Save where On the Beach has been negligent, On the Beach does not accept any liability for issues with products ordered from Boohoo.com or Burton or the promotion more generally. However, if the customer informs OTB promptly of any issues, OTB will provide customer with such reasonable assistance as it is able to in the circumstances.

Customer’s responsibilities

9. It is customer’s responsibility to provide complete and correct contact details (email address) when making the Qualifying Booking. If incorrect or incomplete details are provided then OTB may not be able to send out the discount code

Data protection

10. Customer details will be used by On the Beach to administer this Promotion. The personal data customer provides will be processed in accordance with On the Beach’s privacy policy: https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/privacy. On the Beach will use the personal information provided by passengers who are opted-in to marketing communications to send out the signup link.

11. On the Beach is not responsible for any personal information that customers give to Boohoo.com or Burton upon signup.

General

12. These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
