Promoter: This promotion is offered by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“OTB”). By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

What is the ‘‘Get £50 off your first package” Promotion?

  • Get £50 off when you book a Qualifying Holiday with OTB UK via our website (www.onthebeach.co.uk) or app.

  • New customers only. Customers who have made a previous booking with OTB UK are excluded from participating in this promotion.

  • A “Qualifying Holiday” means a holiday that meets of all of the following requirements:

    • a package holiday (which includes flights and accommodation) for any board basis and any star rating;

    • listed on www.onthebeach.co.uk and booked via our website or app;

    • holiday must be booked by 30th September 2025; and

    • the booking must remain active. If you cancel the Qualifying Holiday, the discount will be void and the amount of the discount will be added to any remaining amounts owed to us as a result of cancellation.

  • Discount will be automatically applied to the price shown online at the time of booking.

Other terms:

  • You must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over to be eligible to participate in this promotion.

  • Discount does not apply to hotel only bookings or group bookings. Bookings made via onthebeach.ie are also excluded.

  • Bookings are subject to OTB’s terms and conditions which can be found at: https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business (“Terms and Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements included in the booking (such as accommodation providers and airlines).

  • Any optional purchases or supplements such as seat reservations are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes made after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

  • Any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and their travel companions.

  • The customer and their travel companions are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to this offer.

  • The customer and their travel companions are responsible for informing OTB of any wheelchair or similar access requirements required for the customer and/or any travel companions when making a booking, and adhering to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

  • Promotion is one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. OTB will decide in its sole discretion whether a customer has already received the offer under this promotion and OTB’s decision is final.

  • Discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given if you do not take up this promotion.

  • This promotion and bookings are subject to availability.

  • OTB reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  • Any improper use (fraudulent or otherwise) of this promotion may result in the Credit Voucher being cancelled with no refund issued.

  • OTB will process personal data in line with its privacy policy, which can be found at: https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/privacy. OTB will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion and providing any booked holiday.

  • Subject to the below paragraph, OTB shall not be liable for any loss you suffer howsoever arising from the provision (or non-provision) or use of this promotion.

  • Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of OTB (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by OTB’s negligence or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation.

  • These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  • Credit Voucher must be applied at the time of booking. Credit Voucher cannot be retrospectively applied
