Promoter: This promotion is offered by On the Beach Limited, whose registered office is 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“OTB”). By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Promotion Period: This promotion is a monthly prize draw which starts on Thursday 29th January 2026 (“Start Date”). Each prize draw will start on the last Thursday of each month and be open for a period of 7 days (“Monthly Prize Draw Period”). The first monthly prize draw will commence on the Start Date. Any entries made before the Start Date or after each Monthly Prize Draw Period will not be valid.
Eligibility: To enter this promotion, participants must:
be an OTB customer who is an OTB VIB (“Very Important Beacher”) member;
be a UK resident aged 18 or over. OTB employees, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with administration of this promotion are excluded from participating;
be opted in to receive marketing communications and push notifications;
have downloaded and be signed into the On the Beach app. If you have not signed into the app, you will not receive a push notification;
have received an email and push notification about participating in this promotion.
How to Enter:
OTB will send eligible participants a push notification on the last Thursday of each month to play a scratch card game (“Game”).
Participants will need to:
click the push notification to play the Game; and
follow the on-screen instructions to play, scratch the card and reveal a prize.
Participants can only enter each monthly prize draw once but can enter multiple monthly prize draws during the promotion.
Participants can only win one Main Prize during the promotion.
Prizes: 1 Main Prize available to be won during each Monthly Prize Draw Period. Main Prize is a cash refund of the cost of the participant’s most recent booking with OTB (“Booking”) up to a maximum value of £5000 (“Maximum Value”). Participants who do not win a Main Prize will automatically receive a £5 OTB credit voucher (“Credit Voucher”).
Winner selection and notification:
One eligible participant will be randomly selected during each monthly prize draw via the game system to win the Main Prize. Once the Game has been played, all participants will be notified immediately on-screen and via an automatic confirmation email of any prize.
In addition, OTB will contact each winner of a Main Prize within 5 working days of winning via the email address used to make their last booking with OTB. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeit and lost.
Prize Terms:
The following terms apply to the Main Prize:
The Booking must be active and have not been cancelled at the time the refund is applied.
The refund applies regardless of whether the winner has already travelled on the Booking.
Where a Booking has been paid in full, the winner will receive a refund of the price paid up to the Maximum Value.
Where a Booking has been paid via a payment plan, any payments already made in respect of the Booking will be refunded and any remaining balance will be written off by OTB up to the Maximum Value.
If the Booking exceeds the Maximum Value, the winner will only be refunded up to the Maximum Value and any remaining amounts will still be payable.
The refund will be made to the last card used on the Booking.
The refund will only apply to the original booking and will not apply to any changes and / or extras purchased after booking.
The following terms apply to the Credit Voucher:
Credit Vouchers will be cumulative during the promotion and can be redeemed against the same booking. By way of example, if a participant receives a £5 Credit Voucher in the first monthly prize draw and receives a £5 Credit Voucher in the second monthly prize draw, 2 x £5 Credit Vouchers will be added to your wallet which can be redeemed against the same booking.
Credit Voucher will be added to the winner’s OTB account wallet within 48 hours of winning.
Credit Voucher can be redeemed against any new OTB UK package holiday (including flights and accommodation) for any departure date listed on www.onthebeach.co.uk and booked via our website or app. Some dates may not be available for the winner to book which will be made known to the winner at the time of booking.
Credit Voucher cannot be redeemed against hotel only or cruise bookings.
The Credit Voucher is valid for use by the recipient only. Recipient must be logged into the same account as the one the Credit Voucher was applied to.
The Credit Voucher must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue for any future travel date. No extension is possible. Please note that Credit Vouchers issued in different Monthly Prize Draw Periods will have different expiry dates.
Credit Voucher must be applied at the time of booking. Credit Voucher cannot be retrospectively applied nor can it be applied to any existing booking.
The Credit Voucher can be used against one booking only. It must be redeemed in full (partial redemption not permitted) and can only be used against bookings where the balance of the holiday exceeds the stated Credit Voucher value.
The Credit Voucher will be applied to the total amount of the holiday and cannot be used against the deposit.
If the future OTB package holiday booking is cancelled after voucher redemption, the Credit Voucher will not be refunded, nor can it be applied to a different booking.
Credit Voucher is one-time use only and may be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Credit vouchers are not covered by ATBA’s scheme of financial protection. If applicable, financial protection will apply when you make a booking and it is confirmed.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. OTB reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
OTB reserves the right to cancel and reclaim the value of any prize for breach of these terms including, without limitation, where the Credit Voucher is transferred.
OTB are not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, deleted, or used without permission
General:
OTB may withdraw or cancel this promotion at any time. Where OTB decides to withdraw or cancel this promotion, OTB will provide at least 7 days' notice but in any event, will not withdraw or cancel this promotion during a Monthly Prize Draw Period.
OTB’s decision in respect of any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence with be entered into about it.
Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of any Prize (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the winner.
OTB accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including but not limited to entries not received due to technical disruptions, network congestion, loss in service of online entry mechanisms, computer error in transit or any other reason.
Bookings are subject to OTB’s terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business (“Terms and Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements included in the booking (such as accommodation providers and airlines).
Any optional purchases or supplements such as seat reservations are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes made after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions. Any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and their travel companions.
OTB reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion without prior notice and without liability to any party where it becomes necessary to do so.
Any improper use (fraudulent or otherwise) of this promotion may result in a Prize being cancelled or withdrawn. OTB’s decision(s) regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
OTB will process personal data in line with its privacy policy, which can be found at: https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/privacy OTB will use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering the promotion and providing any booked holiday.
The winners’ surname and respective counties of residence (if known) for each Main Prize can be obtained by sending an email to Winners@onthebeach.co.uk. By entering, you consent to such information being disclosed on request.
Subject to the below paragraph, OTB shall not be liable for any loss you suffer howsoever arising from the provision (or non-provision) or use of this promotion.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of OTB (i) in relation to personal injury or death caused by OTB’s negligence or (ii) in respect of its obligations under applicable legislation.
These terms and conditions (and any issues or disputes arising) shall be governed by the law of England and Wales law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
