We invited them to complete two online surveys between 14/07/2016 and 30/08/2017 to find out how much our customers saved by booking their flight and hotel with On the Beach. We received 37,439 completed survey responses and 92% of customers said they saved money by booking with us. We carry out surveys on an ongoing basis to ensure we are continually delivering excellent value and helping customers save.
