Price Match Promise

We want to make sure you get the very best deal possible and to make sure of this, we offer a Price Match Promise when you book a flight and hotel, which is our promise that you never pay too much on our website.

The Price Match is simple. We are so confident our website shows the lowest prices available online, if you find a cheaper price, on the same day as you made your purchase through us, we'll speak to your suppliers and negotiate a refund of the difference.

Price Match Terms and Conditions

  1. The Price Match applies only to internet sites that have the identical (i.e. party size, dates, duration, flight times, flight numbers, in flight extras, hotel, room type, number of rooms and board basis) product immediately available all on one site, and the service is priced accurately.
  2. Price Match requests are for bookings made online only, must not be submitted to us without having confirmed an order through our site and must be submitted to us on the same day of your purchase on our website.
  3. You must have taken reasonable care to book on our site at the best available price.
  4. The holiday you are asking to Price Match must be from a legitimate ABTA and/or ATOL bonded website, available to book online and must include any handling charges, booking fees, credit card fees and such like.
  5. The holiday you are asking to Price Match cannot include in its price any money off coupons, promotional vouchers or offers or bulk-buy discounts.
  6. The Price Match Promise does not include matching to other prices on our website which may change subject to availability.
  7. Please note that the Price Match Promise relates to the total overall price.
  8. The holiday you are asking to Price Match must be in pounds sterling.
  9. The Price Match Promise does not apply to hotel only bookings.
  10. The Price Match Promise does not apply to flight only bookings.
  11. The Price Match Promise does not apply to tour operator package holidays.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility where you have failed to send us the information requested in the format required or where a URL from the site you are asking to Price Match is no longer active, as it prevents us from viewing the comparison holiday.

Should this mean that we are unable to view a Price Match request from you on the day of purchase we will not be obliged to match the price for a booking if you later send a working URL or complete screen shot.

We will review the details of your Price Match request with your suppliers and reply to you via email within 7 working days. Refunds will be re-credited to the original card used to make your online purchase within 14 days or where only a deposit has been paid; the amount will be discounted from your outstanding balance.

Please note: On the Beach act as an agent providing a web search interface between you and various third party suppliers of travel products (e.g. flight, hotel or transfer). For flights we act as your agent in processing your booking with the airline; we are not the airline’s agent. Each product you choose has its own price independent of other products booked at the same time and creates a separate contract between you and the supplier of that product.
