a party of 9 of us just had 10 days at the green nature resort.i have to say although the hotel was huge it was clean.we were in room 320 overlooking the pool we had a great view.but unfortunately we were right next to the cleaners store room so we're woken at 6 am every morning by them crashing around in the storeroom.our cleaning lady on our floor was lovely but couldn't speak a word of English.i would rate the hotel 3 star at best as a major bug bear for us was the food it was just awful.no english food at all it is all continental stuff.i ended up just having melon everyday for breakfast.lunch in the outdoor restaurant was slightly better but anytime any time there was a nice grilled chicken menu etc the queues are horrendous as they are at all meal times.most of the time your food is cold when you finally sit down.also all inclusive does not apply on the terrace bar where you have to pay for food and drinks again!same goes for fresh orange juice you have to pay for it.beer is nice though!got up at 3.30 am one morning couldn't sleep so went to put towels on loungers to find them nearly all gone at 3.30 am so be warned pools during the day are full of Russian men hurling balls around as hard as they can hitting everyone in sight.waterslides were great but several times a day were suddenly closed for no obvious reason.splash pool water was like milk there was so much chlorine in it.everywhere around the hotel complex is lethally slippery so expect to fall several times especially the indoor pool.saw about 10 guests on crutches with freshly broken limbs while we were there and saw hundreds fall over its shockingly bad.our TV packed up in our room and we reported it 6 times over 2 days before it was finally fixed.the lifts in our block we a waste of time as they are so small for the amount of guests it was quicker to use the stairs.one day we did get in it and it got stuck we had to sound alarm and be rescued.bar staff are quick and efficient but sometimes give you random drinks you didn't ask for.guests are mainly Turkish and Russian.the little businesses on site photo, spa jewellers etc pester you constantly and are a pain in the backside.kids club was rubbish twice I went to pick my 6 year old lad up and he was outside playing on park unsupervised on his own while staff were inside in air con.a little girl in our party was picked up and she had wet herself and they never even noticed.nightly entertainment starts too late 10.20 pm and is usually the girls from kids club miming songs or dancing.also you sit on hard marble flooring throughout show not good.hotel was way out of walking distance of Marmaris so cost us a fortune in taxis.hotel was far understaffed for the amount of guests and one night at show my friends bag got dipped and emptied his wallet.loved Turkey, loved Marmaris but would never stay here again.
this hotel is not a five star hotel if your lucky I would give it a one. food not cooked deep fried veg food for children nowhere unless you feed them chips . have been coming to turkey for ten years...
this hotel is not a five star hotel if your lucky I would give it a one. food not cooked deep fried veg food for children nowhere unless you feed them chips . have been coming to turkey for ten years so not thank god the first time holiday in marmaris or maybe would not be back. lucky we now a very good restaurant to go to but coming to a all inclusive hotel you should not need to go and spend more money. Entertainment not one word rubish. staff from management all the way down to cleaners very poor if you are british . if you are british stay away from this hotel

This was the first time ive visited turkey. I read the reviews on trip advisor and was a bit wary as there is a mixture of good and bad so didnt know what to expect. In all fairness a lot of the bad reviews are true but not as bad as made out. yes my room was small, not what you would call a family room but it had a pool view which i was happy with (room 814).spa- was really good and a great way to start our holiday, although at £115 for 2 adults and a child a bit pricey. Food- bit of hit or miss, was more aimed at continental but what do you expect, you are in a foreign country, they like their chicken! yes the queue's for certain things like the bbq were quite long but thats to be expected with the amount of people at the hotel. Pools-excellent and clean, plus some slides which kept my son occupied for most of day. Sunbeds- we liked our beds to be near our room, the pool guys would happily reserve them for you, although they never asked we just gave them 5tl as a thankyou. Entertainment- wasnt really for me but the guys try hard, barbi was a star! Location- short walk to the front, lots of shops selling their "genuine fake" goods, never accept their first price, you can always get a few pounds off. Staff always friendly and try to help. Lots of things to see and do in marmaris. Dont be expecting 5* ,more like 3* overall we had a lovely time and will be returning.

I just got back from a week long stay in this hotel, we were a party of 6 including my son who is in a wheelchair (he is 9). All of the staff except 3 were really miserable none of the entertainment team acknowledged my son or any of us in our group. The hotel itself seemed over capacitated there was always big cues for food and not enough seats inside the restaurant itself the food went quick you only get 1 and a half hrs for lunch and they start packing everything away, the food was very hit and miss. The only place to sit outside on a night was the pool bar which is very small considering the amount of people staying in the hotel a lot of people sat on sun loungers. The pools were the only good thing about this hotel because of their size but they are quite deep and if you wanted a sun lounger anywhere near the pool you had to get up before 6 and even then most of them already had towels on them. In the hotel there is 2 main lifts which are small and were a nightmare to actually get in as a lot of people used them and I would be waiting up to 15mins to actually get in one with my son a lot of people were very ignorant and didn't offer to get out or move over even there were children using these lifts a lot on their own running infront of my sons wheelchair. There was no room with a changing bed so I had to pay 100lira for a late checkout on our room for some privacy for my son in my opinion this should of been free as they should have somewhere like this in the hotel. the only good thing about the hotel was the terrace bar but that isn't included in your all inclusive package we had alovely full English breakfast from here on our last day that I would definitely recommend. I definitely would not go back to this hotel and its definitely not a 4 star establishment.
