Glorious service!

Best quality service I had in a all-inclusive hotel concept. Rooms and the premises were very clean and well kept. All hotel staff were very friendly and willing to provide top quality service. Food...

The hotel and facilities were excellent and we had a great holiday but one thing worth mentioning - it said there were 9 restaurants but there were only 4 to eat at in the evenings - the main one was a themed buffet then an Italian, a fish and an International. What we didn't find out till our arrival was that the all inclusive deal only included one evening at each of the three and these had to be booked 48 hours in advance (this proved a challenge as we were a party of 8 and we weren't always able to book for an evening that we wanted even if we were at the desk at 8am!) but you could always eat at the buffet one on any evening. The food was very nice at the main buffet restaurant but it was self service and in a 5 star resort we were expecting to have table service in the evenings! Only a minor niggle though!

Stayed with four other couples on a golf break. The rooms are well appointed and clean with good quality towels and toiletries. The resort staff are absolutely first class and very attentive. The restaurants were first class with no excess for A la cart.

Stayed here over the Easter break and have to say that as the weather was not great the extensive children's activities made the time go by quickly. The indoor pools, big kids club and soft play room, made the holiday for the kids! We dined in the fine dining restaurants on 4 occasions and found the room service the best option for the kids, so we could then eat without disturbance in the restaurant. Facility to order kids menus in advance is a bonus so the kids can eat what they prefer. In all - the hotel itself needs some updating - but having a family room/ suite is ideal for a family of 4 - it's next to the Soft play room. The only negative is that you have to take buggies everywhere and they do take a while to come during peak times.
