Myself and my girlfriend stayed at NOA resort hotel in Ölüdeniz between the dates of 14th and 21st of August this year. We booked about three months ago and were a tad concerned about the capricious and turbulent views of the hotel left by people who had previously stated there - we found some great reviews which complimented the hotel but also found some reviews slating it, from around the same dates - hopefully I can be a bit more specific about what is good and what is.. Not so good about the hotel itself. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is in a fantastic location (5 minute walk from the central strip in Ölüdeniz) and the hotel itself is rather beautiful; the garden part of the hotel boasts a serene, quiet atmosphere which contrasts nicely to the hustle and bustle of the busy pool area. It was therefore able to accommodate for whichever mood we were in at the time. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and very polite, often greeting us in when we saw them throughout the hotel. A variety of music was often playing around the dining hall and bar/pool area, which created a nice, relaxing vibe. The room we stayed in was in a part of the hotel located in the gardens, as opposed to pool side - the room itself was very nice, equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay during the week we were there. The bathroom was cleaned daily, and he beds were re-made daily also. Any clothes left on the bed or floor around the bed were folded and left on the desk, so the room was always tidy when we came back to it. There are also an array of shops on site, which made it easy for us to buy snacks and drinks and take them back to our room. There was also a hairdressers and a Turkish bath. (I would highly advise having a Turkish bath within the first couple of days, wherever you go, if you have never had one before!) The hotel security is also very good, as the guards will not lift the barrier to anyone in a taxi who does not have a NOA all inclusive band around their wrist. Now onto the cons.. The wifi that the hotel boasts, works only if you are sat in reception, but not during breakfast, lunch or dinner, as the server cannot cope with the volume of people logged onto it to provide good internet for all. The food in the dining hall was great, sometimes. For example, my girlfriend doesn't eat fish, yet fish was the 'main meat' for at least two of the nights we stayed there - because of this, she ate only chips and salad. The snack bar served burgers and chips every day, all day, but this got a tad boring day after day so we resorted to eating out most nights. If you indeed wanted to spend some time by the pool, you will need to wake up around 7am to get a subbed before all of them are spoken for. I would go as far as saying that the hotel has a very small number of sun loungers around its three main pools, certainly not enough to accommodate the number of guests it has. I would have said it was about one sun lounger per three guests (at the very best). All in all, I would stay at this hotel again purely based on location and local resources and establishments such as shops and restaurants and the cleanliness and efficiency of the cleaning staff with regards to our room. Although I would hold a reserved judgment based on the wifi, food available, how busy it is and the noise from the main road at night (if you are given a garden room). Hope this helps some of you make your mind up! I found the other reviews to lack in detail somewhat. Ps - If you go out for food at night, I would highly recommend getting a taxi to Hisaronu and visiting 'Cheers' and 'Curry Palace'. Both boasted fantastic staff, food and atmosphere. If you fancy some bars, Hisaronu also has some greats like 'Attika', 'Heads or Tails' 'Zombie bar' and 'Escape Bar'! Have fun! Dan

I stopped at this hotel a few years ago and the hotel was smashing, but this year the hotel was absolutely horrendous, me and my daughter had to eat out for the week we was there because we couldn't stand how cold the food was, the pool wasn't cleaned once whilst we where there, we had maids pinching money I left on the side and some tablets I had. And when we wanted some drinks at night we had to drink from plastic cups which were sharp around your mouth! I will never be returning to this hotel ever again

The staff were hard working but not enough of them the pool was dirty and not cleaned at all the food in the resteraunt was cold and not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel defiantly won't go to this hotel again!!! :(

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel recently and we liked it we got a lovely room over looking the main pool and it was cleaned everyday. We booked this hotel for its location it is literally on the beach and a 2 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants it was only an extra £40 each to go all inclusive here so thats the only reason we stayed all inclusive as we like to eat out when we are on holiday we did eat breakfast here everyday which was ok they have lots of fresh fruit and yogurt and they make fresh pancakes omelettes and fried eggs.. We only had lunch here a couple of times but again lots of fresh fish salad ussual chips and variation of buffet style hot dishes.. We had tea here once and that was nice too and lots of deserts each time we stayed in to eat there was always lots of tables to sit it was always clean and if there was no cutlery if you asked for some the waiters quickly got you some! I think people moaning about the food just wanted junk food and full english breakfasts! The drinks was good to they serve the local efes lager and they have a small selection of cocktails which are nice. We stayed at the relax pool only once as we like to go to beach the pool was clean and no children are allowed at this pool so it was nice and quiet there was also plenty of free sunloungers available at this pool our room overlooked the main pool and even at around 8am all the sunloungers were covered in towels!! Overall i think this is a nice hotel with a great location and great value for money and i would stay again.
