This hotel could be as lovely as it was 3 years ago. Most staff are very hard working, grounds are beautifully kept and the location is second to none. Room cleaning and standard of general surroundings is letting the hotel down, generally messy and grubby. Especially the toilets in the Olive Garden - smelly, broken, unlock able doors etc.. Dining room extension is great but there is either a lack of organisation or there aren't enough staff to manage the volume of diners. Tables are not cleared and re-set once vacated, staff are trying hard to cope but failing and it affects your overall impression/experience. Plastic beakers at the bar through the day is just about acceptable but in the evening a proper glass should be given in a 4 star establishment. On a second visit to this hotel within 3 years and a third visit to Turkey we were let down and felt like we had to make the most of what we had rather than just relax, enjoy and wish for more. Management take note, THIS IS NOT 4 star accommodation at its present level but could be 5 star with more effort !!

We have been coming to olu denizen for 13 years and stayed here for the past 3 years, the first year was fantastic you couldn't falt it, 2nd year a slight decline but June this year all i can say its the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Management and staff very rude and unhelpful the food wasn't edible and we ate out every day the room was very pokey and we didn't even have a smoke alarm in the room, i complained about ants being all around the coffee and cold drinks machine being dirty but nothing was done, i could go on and on but won't be returning.
Beautiful well maintained grounds, very nice fresh food every meal time, if a little repetitive (most all inclusive hotels can be if you are there longer than a week ) The hotel just lacks any...
I have spent many a beautiful holiday in this hotel, and this year was no exception. In previous years we have been we booked though Tomson this time as they don't have it on the books (and Jet2 dont fly from Bristol )we was left with having to book it direct though the hotel (worked out the best way we have done it) our rooms where in the new block and had beautiful, lovely king size beds with a nice walk in shower room, and plenty of storage. Room cleaned everyday & new towels provided. Entertainment team lots of fun and made our holiday. Sonner on reception took great care of us. some people moan about the food but their is always something to eat even for the fussyest of people, and it is no different to what you would find in any all inclusive in a Turkish hotel. look forward to returning again, as its a pretty hotel in a beautiful location.
mustafa the barman with veness and style made brilliant drinks off the menu and the uncle kinda guy who would kinda watch you sleep but be really nice like wouldn't be too pervy but kinda creeps you...
Beautiful well maintained grounds, very nice fresh food every meal time, if a little repetitive (most all inclusive hotels can be if you are there longer than a week ) The hotel just lacks any customer service what so ever. Stayed 11 nights in July 2015. The staff work really hard but there is simply not enough of them. Meal times we had to hunt for cutlery from other tables and we struggled to get a drink of water on our tables. Drinks from the bars where very limited and rushed, staff spoke very little english but perhaps I should learn a little Turkish. Bathroom wasn't cleaned once during our stay but we did have clean sheets most days. Hotel has so much potential but is let down by bad management and lack of staff. Great location, right on the beach and about 5min walk to shops, bars and restaurants.
