This was our first visit in turkey and I can honestly say, the resort was amazing, better than I expected. The hotel is a great place. The staff are all great and work very hard to make you feel...
Stayed at the hotel in late September 2014 for two weeks. Family of three with our son being 1 at the time. Area - Olu Deniz is very nice, however keep in mind that it is purely a tourist resort so only shops and hotels. Beach - the beach is pebble only and around a 5 min walk from the hotel. However the hotel does have a private beach down in the lagoon which it provides free shuttles too daily. This is very nice with crystal clear water and lovely surroundings. It also has a bar/restaurant but note this is not part of the AI although reasonably priced. Hotel - very clean and tidy and well laid out. Despite being in a tourist resort when you are in the hotel your surrounded by mountains either side which looks lovely. The grounds are very nice with well kept gardens etc. Food - very good, certainly did not go hungry. Typical AI with a fresh cooked station each night (curries, roasts, traditional Turkish etc). Room - we were fortunate to be allocated an upgraded room which was very nice. I did see some of the other rooms which looked fine. Pool - one main pool and one small toddler pool next to it. Both fine for our trip although now our son is 2 we would stay somewhere with more pool activities suited for his age. There is also an adults only pool which we never saw due to having a baby with us. Staff - very friendly and helpful. It was our sons birthday during our stay and they arranged a cake also decorating a table with banners and balloons. Various activities around the pool each day. Excursions - we only really visited the local area including Fethiye which was nice. Use the local buses down on the beach (walk to the promenade and turn right). We did hire a speed boat one day which was amazing. Allowed us to explore private coves and beaches. There was also a man on a boat selling ice creams. Please be mindful health and safety isn't top of the agenda (no kill switch etc) so don't go mad. It was around £50 for 4hrs. Suitable for families and couples. There is a large playground area which my son loved next to the kids club.
What can I say, third year in a row visiting this hotel and it just gets better and better. We love it here. The food is great, the staff are amazing and all work really hard. It's less than a five...
My husband and I stayed at The Sun City Hotel 3rd/10th August, it was a lovely comfortable hotel although I would say its mainly for families, we are both late fifties and our room 1321 ( think I remember the number ) was next to the entertainment area. We didn't complain as the entertainment and noise stopped about 1am. Our window wouldn't close which let a lot of noise in which we reported the first day but unfortunately this was never fixed, we also had to walk up little passages to get to the stairs to get to our room, 2lights in the passage way were not working which again we reported but they never ot fixed, I was worried about falling in the dark which in the end stopped us going out of a night time. Other than that we had a lovely time, room cleaned daily, food lovely and meet some lovely people.
We recently returned from a wonderful 10 day stay at Sun City, where we returned to after 10 years because of the great memories we created there previously. Although a lot has changed in that time...
Stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved every minute of it the waiters especially ozzy were brilliant the bar staff and the entertainment team, jimmy, bob, and bibi got everyone involved and made the holiday that extra bit special. Thank you all for a wonderful time and hope to see you all next year.

sorry for the very late review as we had our very first holiday in turkey last October at the Suncity. Loved the hotel, we had a refurbished room overlooking the pool that was lovely with flat screen tv and walk in shower. Its a great location, just a few minutes away from the shops and bars/restaurants. Didn't use the ampi-theatre for entertainment while we were there as we had some bad storms and was unsafe with the steps being slippy, still we had some great nights chatting round the bar instead. would happily go there again
