Was at sunbay last week.. they need to change the reception guy he is so rude and not helpful at all.. the bar staff are great... the bed sheet were changed 1 in 1 week... the food was fine.. the...
We originaly booked Sun Maris Park but on arrival told there was not enough space for us, so was made to walk to the sister hotel Sun Maris Beach at about midnight, about a 20 minute walk not knowing where we was going, this was a attrocious enough, we heard of this happening of a few other reviews but thought nothing of it, then upon finally arriving at Sun Maris Beach we was made to wait another half hour whilst checking in. The lifts were then out of order and was made to carry our luggage up the flight of stairs to a high floor. The food at the hotel was shocking, the same every day. The staff were rude throughout, apart from the bar staff who were at least approachable. The hotel was close to the beach front and bars/clubs and restaurants. We would definately not recommend this.
small hotel with small rooms, the pool is ok but not big, the food is average, the staff members only making smiles for women only, the location is ok, you can walk 2 minutes to access the nice...

Stayed here with my boyfreind in 2010, there was a few snotty waiters , the all inclusive is not good.. Breakfast was hard cheese on toast and boild eggs basically.. dinner and tea was same soup...
Hotel was shocking arrived to no room was ask to wait a hour until a room was sorted out. Hotel staff do nothing but ask for tips aggressively even though it's all inclusive hotel... Only at once at the hotel out of a 2 week stay as food and drink was disgusting. Drinks were watered down to the max. The second week the maids were stealing out of rooms on the 4 th floor which was the floor we were staying on. When reported the manager was very rude and suggested it was gift we left or we were very drunk and misplaced the thing. All the locals ic said to us we gave chose a very bad choice in hotel now we no why it's getting closed down shortly. Hotel was just in a great location but isn't fit for a dog
Marmaris is pretty much permanently warm. Even winter days rarely go below 10° Celsius, and the height of summer sees the thermometer shoot above 30° Celsius. The water temperature is conducive to swimming in the light blue sea, and from May to October you're guaranteed no rain - so pack your Factor 30! One thing's for sure: if it's sun, sea and sand you want, Marmaris holidays are just the ticket.
