Just arrived home from a week at this hotel and I feel lost already! I'm 22 and came here for a week with my mum and I wish we booked a longer holiday!! It started with a bit of a let down as we had paid extra for a club room and were put in a park room that was far away from everything but also was like a box! 2 lumpy beds, and a wardrobe you couldn't get to as the bed was in front! I would not of stayed in there for a week! We were told not to unpack because we'll get a new room in the morning! However every time we went to reception no one knew about the room change and we didn't get a new room until 17.30 the next day. At which point no one showed us to our room or helped with our suitcases! This room was much better and we were very happy with it! I have nothing else bad to say about the hotel!! The grounds were beautiful the beach and Jetty were lovely, and most of the people were lovely. The pool was great we were by the main pool and enjoyed getting involved in the games that go on round the pool during the day. These are run by the entertainment team, who are brilliant, the girls are really sweet and Kamal, Sahan, Semih and Mete are really great guys who have a lot of fun with everyone from the kids to the adults! They do entertainment of an evening, which was varied, some shows were much better than others. Then there would be an activity after the show which was always a laugh! There was then a disco until 2am. It was quite empty most nights but it is what you make it. Everyone is really friendly and you end up dancing the night away with people from other countries and it is really nice! The food was okay! But the queues were a joke and some people have no manners and just push in! Also looking for a table was awful sometimes! On the Turkish night we walked round for 15 minutes looking for a table for 2!! No one tried to help either! I had so much fun and the weather was wonderful. I would definitely return! Can't wait to book again!

Absolutely the worst 4 star we have ever stayed in. My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 7 month old son. The main issue was with the state of the rooms. Our first night we arrived to 2 single beds. This was not an issue we spoke to reception and they advised they would resolve the next day. We got back to the room, later the next day and it had not been resolved. Went to have a shower and couldn't as the screen was only hanging by the top railing and wasn't safe to move. My husband had to fix the bath plug so the bath would hold water. When trying to get out of the bath I found the rail wasn't attached to the wall so fell. Not great when I'm pregnant! Went to reception and they advised we will have to move rooms but they couldn't do it until the next day. Got back to room later to find they had fixed things. Turned off the bathroom light and the room suffered a power cut. Rang reception who said they'd send someone straight away. 2 more phones calls and an 1 1/2 hrs later they fixed the power. Spent half of the next day moving rooms as they were fully booked we had to hang around. Moved to the next room and found the mattress springs were dead took 2 days to get a mattress topper. The baby cot mattress was urine stained. When i complained about this housekeeping came and turned the mattress over. Safe to say our son slept with us. Ran the sink away and it poured all over the floor, then realised the marble sink wasn't attached fully and was coming away. You could move it up and down. They never fixed this. Holes in doors and walls filled with plaster but not even slightly finished. Holes in curtains and bedding. Bedding on double bed was for a single. We did actually ask to go home but were told the only option was to move hotels to self catering. The first 3 days they had run out of half of the food choices by 8pm. They were also running out of soft drinks at the pool bar in the mornings. For some reason they have a swim up pool bar but it isn't manned and they tell you to get out and get drinks? If you want a hamburger between 3 and 4.30, Good luck. We arrived at 4pm most days and they'd run out, at least thats what they tell you and then you see them take the uncooked ones back to the main restaurant. You have to queue for everything! The lobby bar is meant to be open 8am-midnight but it isn't manned when staff go to lunch and dinner. Unless you're cheeky enough to grab a porter! The main food hall says it is open until 9.30 but at 9.30 they actually took my unfinished plate whilst I was talking to someone and then started to turn off all the lights! We bought some pringles from the shop. Good points The grounds are very well kept and look beautiful. The food (when you get some) was fantastic. They have a baby station in the main restaurant. This includes a microwave, bottle warmer and steriliser. Things to bear in mind The mini bar in the room is chargeable to restock. This includes water but you can get water from the many fridges around. The watersides are only open from 10-12 and 3-5. The aircon in both rooms was terrible. If you want a sunbed you need to have one before 7 / 8 as they all get reserved. This could be easily rectified by staff. Some people don't even come back until the afternoon. There are a lot of activities that are chargeable. They have an arcade which you would expect to pay for but if you wish to play pool this is also not free. They have freshly squeezed orange juice, iced drinks (slushy's) and candy floss carts dotted around and these are also not included. There is no service provided here. If you want something you go and get it. All of the coffee is from a machine. We will never return.

I just come back from 10 days vacation, with my family and I am really disappointed about hotel - that is not FIVE star hotel and don't desire high price!!! Why ??? First, when I going on summer holiday I expect comfortable room, nice beach and warm see /pool I have in my town/ - but we came surprise !!! - every morning FECAL in the see !!! - manager explanation - turtles love this region and that's morning ritual - thanks a lot! Second we was in 1/3 room, furniture is from last century, small wardrobe - see picture where we must storage ours, with very small terrace /2,5m2/. Third, no air conditioner in very large dining room /40 degrees/ - only roof fans - five star hotel!!! - food very uniform - only one big swimming pool, but something is very nice - big hotel complex with a lot of green parts and flowers, clean and staff is really great. In the past I was in several Turkish five star hotels and different is obvious!

We spent a week the hotel - it is very much a family venue with lots of activities for kids. Kept immaculately clean. The staff work hard especially the cleaners and restaurant staff. There is a very good range of food to suit most tastes. Its very fresh. The desserts are a tour de force - such a choice. All in all an excellent holiday. Park 1 is a quieter area for those visitors who want to be away from the larger pool. Our room was decorated well enough but a little dated.
