One of the best family holidays we've ever had. Unfortunately the first night I stubbed my toe and fractured the nail on a metal doorstop in the room but the Thomas Cook rep was so helpful and offered me to see the doctor free of charge who helped me no end. The best customer service I've received, felt so looked after, and always spoke to us afterwards if she saw us passing. The doctor was so helpful, explained what I had done bandaged it and told me to return in the morning, had lots of empathy for me because he knew it was hurting and always checked if I was okay still when he saw me afterwards, absolutely lovely man if it wasn't for him my holiday probably would have been ruined. The hotel was full to capacity but it was still fairly quiet which made a lovely holiday. We had photos taken by Tolga, one of the best photographers there and everyone at home as complimented our photographs amazing quality definitely worth the money. The photographers are constantly walking around by the pool the beach, watersports taking photos so no need to take your own camera we barely touched ours. The animation team are absolutely brilliant, always made a fuss when they went past giving hugs and kisses to my seven year old step daughter. They do a mini disco in the evening which gets all the kids up dancing in the amphitheatre which made it easier for her to make some friends. In terms of food the snack bar we found better than the main restaurant, in the snack bar we could get burgers pizzas, panini, chips salad chicken Donner rolls doughnuts etc, but for dinner time we did struggle in the Main restaurant. Breakfast was lovely though always fresh pastries out and food being cooked fresh in front of you. We did try the Italian restaurant which fell a little short for us. We found we were hanging around quite a lot between courses and skipped dessert so stepdaughter could go to the mini disco. We went to the beach one morning to use the pedalos these are free of charge and open between 9 and 12 in the morning, we went right out to sea and we're lucky enough to see turtles swimming right next to us. Absolutely breathtaking. We didn't end up using any of the other watersports (seven year old wanted to get in the pool everyday) but they did look amazing. The slides are open between 10 and 12 and then 3 and 5. I never went on the slides (in case I caught my foot coming down) but fiancée and stepdaughter loved them and always went on them when they were open. The only thing I didn't like was the lifeguard was at the top of the slides, I would have preferred one at the bottom as well. A few people were using the splash pool at the bottom to play catch or use as a quieter swimming pool and a few took lilos in! A couple of times stepdaughter got stuck and couldn't get out because of the amount of people sat in the pool at the bottom. The children's pool was lovely and quiet only a few toddlers in there really just cooling off and using the slide. The main pool is quite deep so if you don't have a strong swimmer need to be quite wary of this. But seven year olds swimming has come on leaps and bounds in the last week, she does underwater, diving, tread water, back stroke front stroke and breast stroke and when people could see I was teaching her they were very accomadating and moved out of the way. The animation team cheered her on and told her to keep going and keep going until she reached the side and then applauded when she got there. The ice cream was open between eleven and five the only issue here was a few teenagers managed to push in front of stepdaughter, it wasn't the staffs fault she's so small and they can't really see over the top unless they're reaching over. (I told teenagers off myself) becks was on tap and bottles of ice water was kept in a large fridge. It was mainly self service so we didn't feel the need to tip anybody. Our room was kept spotless by the maid service, lovely and clean and fresh towels every day. The market was wonderful we bought my wedding band for a lovely man with certificate, he had so much time for me and sat there getting different styles advising us. We bought two pairs of converse to cover my toe for the flight home. The man was lovely and we haggled him down (I won't say what to) but every time we walked past he made a big fuss of us. And the gentleman in the supermarket started recognising us ready for our "ice cream time" in the evening. All the staff were so lovely and accomadating, complimenting seven year old, saying we were such a beautiful family and beautiful couple. We were really upset to be coming home, and are already looking at the possibility for next years holiday. Absolutely amazing holiday you won't be disappointed

Majesty Tuana is an impressive resort where even the unsatisfied will find this satisfying. There's plenty to do day and night, great for families and couples, a gorgeous beach is on site and its beautiful jetty accomotate sun worshippers like me to relax close to water. For adrenaline junkies there are water sport which i recomand, they prefer Euros to Turkish Lira. You have the option to 'upgrade' at the arrival providing there are spaces. Families might be accomodated to the annex resort which is a bit of a walk to the main build and restaurant but at least out of the way to the noise and the night entertainment. Air con worked well and the tidiness of the resort throughout was outstanding (they are so good with their gardens!) Its even looking gorgeous in the photos, but that how it is. I can not go there this year but if i could, it will be my first choice again because its truly a nice relaxing place.

Just got back from our 2nd visit to Tuana and what can I say .......... Great place to stay, great food, Lovely friendly staff, very clean. There are no faults that can be wrote about this hotel at all !! We were greeted by lovely reception staff and was taken to our room on a buggy which was great. Room was clean and ok for the 3 of us. We had fresh towels daily and beds made on a daily basis too. Restaurant was great too!! Very clean and tidy Food was a good standard too and we do have a fussy eater with us and there was never nothing for him to eat. There isn't an hour in the day where there is no food. Waiting staff very polite and helpful. Variety of drinks available. Good idea in introducing plastic and paper glasses especially for around the pool. Pool was very clean and around the pool was too. Grounds of the hotel where beautiful, gardener's always changing plants on a daily basis. Beach/sea was nice and clean and was safe for you to swim in and to dive off the jetty. This was always manned by a life guard and security. Turtles were the main attraction down there early of a morning or at dusk as you could see them swimming in the sea, some of them would come up onto the beach to nest as there were protected area's for them. Last but not least the weather was fab !! I can't praise this hotel enough. We had a great time and would not hesitate in returning to this beautuful place for a 3rd time.

This was my first holiday on my own with my two boys. I was nervous to say the least but I needn't have been. We were taken care of perfectly. My children were looked after and nothing was too much trouble for them. The kids club was fantastic and my boys even took part in the musical they put on. I spoke to a lot of people out there who had come back again and again. I can see why as the hotel really do cater for everyone. The boys and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were very sad to leave. Thank you Majesty Tuana for making my first experience abroad on my own so perfect.
