Well been back nearly a week now we spent two whole weeks here and must say enjoyed our time. Checked in late at night to find the junior suite we had booked was not available and had to check with reception in the morning. The following day I went to see the reception and spoke to Selma who was more than happy to help and was able to offer us a free upgrade with a pool view so we were more than happy with our room . The entertainment staff do an amazing job in keeping the guests who want to join in with the entertainment very happy, always something going on and a good selection of shows and theamed parties. All the entertainment staff were great and like to say a special mention to Olya who made both me and my partner very welcome . The bar staff also work very hard to impress with there bottle skills and never waited more than 5 minutes to get served I would also like to give a special mention to Murat and Koksal for the excellent Bloody Mary drinks thank you . The Spa was probably the biggest I've seen in a foreign country and went for 2 massages whilst on my stay both were incredible just what I needed and the facilities very clean. Restaurant always something to eat it must be difficult to please so many different cultures and keep everyone happy I enjoyed all the foods and a great selection. The ala carte restaurants were also to a good standard and are well worth the 10 euro per head charge. My only small niggle with the food was breakfast I'm used to the turkey breakfast and in many of the other hotels I've stayed in the past they would make omelettes to order so you can add different things in to make a change. They did all different eggs but feel this could be improved. also a special mention to our waiter Hakki who looked after us very well for two weeks . Once again thank you to all the other staff who all came across friendly and good service Fabien and Leanne

I have just returned from this hotel, and I must say that after reading the reviews I had some doubts as what to expect. Let me say that from the moment we arrived there was no concerns, the check in was very quick and efficient, the rooms were very clean, the food was excellent there was always something you could eat even if you was watching your weight they had an healthy corner, we visited 3 of the al a carte restaurants and must say I was very impressed and would recommend early booking the extra cost is minimal and the food is excellent. As far as the staff are concerned I cannot say that I had one bad experience nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile, even after working all day, I would not hesitate to re visit had an excellent time.
