Mosque We booked for early march as we did not want some were too hot for our young son. When we arrived from the airport the staffs was amazing. Polite and could not do anymore for you. The first night my son was woke up from the mosque at 5 am as we were facing towards the road. I went down to try and find some food as we were all very hungry. The night manager whose name i wish i could remember was lovely, he went out of his way took me and my son to the kitchens got us fresh food and even helped us carry it all to the room. When we explained why we were awake i explained but did not complain but he was adamant to fix the problem. Within 5 minutes he had upgraded us rooms to a beach view and to the other side of the hotel. The only downside was as it was March and allot of the things were closed. the only complaint i had was were some of the staff in the bar area did not like English speaking guest and made it very obvious they preferred the Germans, they did this by serving them first every time. Overall a good stay, what made the difference was the night manager and his personal touches.

we had a great week at this hotel , the food was always hot & varied, unlike other hotels in Turkey !!!! . we had a junior suite which was very spacious. The staff were always polite & friendly, especially the bell boy ( unfortunately we didn't get his name) .The only downside was the waiting staff in the buffet restaurant , they were a bit hit & miss.I would recommend this hotel to anybody that is looking for a good place to stay, for an enjoyable holiday

What a beautiful hotel and amazing service! We traveled on 14 March 2015. We only stayed for 4 nights for a quick getaway. I was really worried as I have traveled to this area of Turkey many times and had always gone in aug so my concern was the weather. I had no need to worry! It was 24/25 most days. One day of rain but we had a chance to enjoy the hotels facilities such as the spa. This hotel was really impressive, shaped like the Concorde aircraft. Out room was on the wing, we had sea view and would highly recommend. Large well kept grounds to the hotel, though much of it was out of bounds due to work taking place ready for summer. This was understandable and did not affect the enjoyment of our holiday. Looking forward to going back during the summer months to enjoy the hotels full potential. The beach was private and plenty of sunbeds. Pool area was spacious and very clean and well kept. Food...excellent. Always something to eat and chancw to try new things. We booked in to the Asian restaurant one evening for 7 euros each. Highly recommend!!! We were disappointed as we were unable to book the steak or Italian due to them being fully booked. We were told to book by 10am the day before but when we went they were booked up till the following week so some people must have the option to book early. This was frustrating cause had we had known we would of emailed the hotel before departure. I would recomend booking on the first day of your holiday for the duration. Lobby bar was 24 hour with low key evening entertainment. More of a wine bar feel. Plenty of seating though it does get busy. Great atmosphere. The disco is worth a visit for a dance. Open every night until 2am then back to our room for the best cheese burger from room service. Room service all included from 1am-7am. Overall a lovely relaxing time. Would highly recomend and without doubt return. Many thanks Concorde de luxe
