Room was not clean from the beginning and they didn't even come to clean during one week! As I ask them so many times to clean our room! but they didn't care! And Food, so you should go for it so soon otherwise you barely find anything good to eat!!! view was perfect, pool area is good, animation team was so friendly, but staff were numbed! and they didn't listen to you at all! you should take your baggage to your room by yourself! even your room was so far! I loved the location and view, but bad services and dirtiness were unforgiven!

We chose to eat an hour or so after the restaurant opened as at opening time there was usually a queue.

We visited the hotel end of the May 2015. Beautiful views. Very relaxing. Plenty of sun lodges by the pools and sea. There is scuba diving and water jets by the sea for additional cost. Barman by the sea bar was excellent he knew every time we came what we like and had ours drinks ready. We were greeted very friendly by all people in the hotel. The staff is excellent paid lots of attention to us. Lots of activities. Games and fitness if you want every few hours. Animation team very engaging. Excellent team. Very friendly and makes you feel welcome. They made our stay there fun and happy. Thank you to animation team Alexa, Jumbo, Mario, Vika, Ercan, Katya, Ilyas, Kansu for being so friendly, making us laugh and involving us in various fun activities. It takes lots of strength to keep all day motivated and engaging. All family is still talking about the experience and are very happy. Not sure how soon but we would definitely like to come back there again. Evening shows were also fun and funny. Staff in the hotel and animation team even came out to say good by when we were leaving. Was very emotional for such a care.
