I am very disappointed with this hotel. Very uncomfortable place beginning with small beach. There square of it is few. It's impossible for all people who live in hotel at lay there. The situation with beach towels is really stupid: you are given special cards. For this card you can get one towel. But when you give back the towel you can not be given card back. So you need to take wet towel to your room and solve the problem next day. Lunch time is till 2 pm. And it's not very comfortable. The food is soso. And there is too many children. The stuff is lazy. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just returned from palm wings, we had a great holiday, we booked two bungalows next to each other. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday. The kids loved the pool, it is huge and never felt overcrowded, always sun beds available. The food iwas good with plenty of variety, slighty repetitive, kids loved going to the pool side snack bar to grab some chips, ice-cream etc. The entertainment was boring, the main entertainer was rude and arrogant, the kids didn't like him as he wasn't very friendly and seemed to prefer the Turkish children. We made our own entertainment so that wasnt a major issue for us. Overall we had a brilliant time and will possibly return next year.

We stayed here in July as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, we stayed in a bungalow room which was very nice but also small and very little storage space, we got a room in the 1700's which was fab as it was so close to everything. The food was lovely we always found something to eat, and the only downside if you went in the and ate later then you could struggle to get a table and high chair. The pool area was brilliant and entertainment team did a fantastic job, esp nino who my little boy fell in love with and nino was so good with him. Overall this was a great holiday and i would recommend anyone to go to this hotel

My husband and I visited this hotel with our 2 children aged 14 & 6 First impressions weren't great. Hotel reception is very dated and could do with a revamp. No drink on arrival, was left to stand around waiting for the bell boy to take us and our luggage to the bungalow for 10 minutes at least, as you can imagine after traveling with kids all day and the heat this felt like an eternity. We were then taken on a golf buggy style cart to our room, my 6 year old daughter and I had to hang on tight as it went quite fast. We had 2 bungalows but they weren't next to each other, my husband went back to reception and they gave us the bungalow next door without any hesitation. Rooms were clean and tidy and had everything you needed, bed comfortable, clean bathroom, air con which was a little loud but kept us cool, overall we couldn't complain. Towels provided sometimes left a funny smell on you which I didn't like and beach towels were most days damp when you received them. Pool was the most amazing pool I've ever seen and I've been to a lot a hotels around the world. It was massive and really really clean, kids loved it. Music around the pool was a little too loud, I didn't mind but my husband didn't like it being so loud. You could always get a sun lounger regardless what time you went the pool there was more than enough. Ice creams from 12-5 by the pool, which was great. Pool snack bar would do chicken, burgers, chips ect, it did get a bit boring as it was the same every day but you could go to the main restaurant and have lunch, which we chose to do most days. Cakes served from 4-6 Shop inside hotel was very reasonably priced. All toilets around the hotel were very clean. This hotel could be great and we did have a nice time but a few things let it down. First was the amount of staff in the dining hall, this was probably the biggest dining hall I've ever ate in at a hotel with the least staff, the staff worked so hard but there was just not enough of them, the tables were always not set, unless you got there first, you had to run around after the staff for cutlery, bottled water, napkins clean table cloths, it was a nightmare. What they should do is leave the cutlery out for people to take if they can't replenish quick enough. It was 1 napkin each. There just weren't enough staff for the size of the room, which was a real shame as the staff worked really hard. Food was ok and you always got something to eat but most days it was warm not hot, but always well presented, replenished quickly and tasty. Alcoholic drinks were awful, if you wanted anything decent you had to pay, wine was drinkable and they would do cider or sangria by the pool at night which was the best thing they served, we didn't bother with anything else. The golf buggy things the bell boys drove were a nightmare, they would drive so fast around the complex you had to jump out of the way sometimes and they were oblivious to small children around. ( not good) Hotel spa and hairdressers was also very reasonable. Reps were around everyday if you ever needed anything. Bar staff very friendly and great with the kids. Day entertainment by the pool was fun and lots of it, kids club/ mini disco was the best I've ever seen and the longest. Night entertainment was great some nights and a bit hit and miss others. The fire show was great. We ate out one night at a restaurant called Gusto, WOW!! ask the guy who works in the spa he will give you the details, very good prices and beautiful food, atmosphere was great and the staff were amazing. Overall we had fun and the kids enjoyed themselves. This is a good hotel but could be great if they changed a few things.
