The pools were very nice we went in May there was no entertainment just music round the pool there was not much to do as its very remote no shops at all locally we had to go to Bodrum for a day out to get away from the hotel there was nowhere to walk to only a mini train which the hotel put on for you to take you to the mini beach.

We were collected, efficiently, from the airport and began a very long drive to the hotel. First thing the rep, Kath, did was to tell us how we would be scammed for money at every opertunity by everybody, including the hotel! I almost said turn the mini bus around and take me home! One pair woman travelling on her own looked really worried, not that Kath noticed! 2+ hours later we arrived at our hotel having dropped all the others off. The rooms are very basic and we were missing chairs but had an extra bed, all very odd and with an air of cobbled together. Shower leakes very badly, dirty down by the loo but other than that clean enough. Food is rather hit and miss. I can't eat meat, health reasons, and at many meals this meant I couldn't eat anything hot at all. I have lived off the salads which although nice to start with do not vary and become rather boring. Puds look lovely but are a bit bland to my tastes. Wine is okay, although the rose is literally red and white mixed! Not much is offered by the way of drinks and you had to go and get pre poured ones, they can get warm! Staff clear away everything you put down instantly, a little too efficient at times and intrusive. The place is crawling with young men at meal times, I kept bumping into them! Despite the hundreds of staff, other than clearing up, tasks don't get done and the hotel has an air of abandonment and neglect. Went to the local markets which are fun and okay for women. But I really wish the rep had taken some time to tell us about the closest one in Gümüşlük as it has a stunning bay, interesting but small market and loads of places to eat, food I can eat too! Before we found this place I had decided I would never return to Turkey but now I would, just not to this hotel! Highlights were Angel the entertainment! She is really good fun but knows when no means no, the pool (if only they would play decent music and turn it down a bit!), friendly staff. My biggest annoyance was with the rep, Kath, who added nothing to our experience other than attempting to worry us! We are seasoned travellers so didn't panic! The hotel and food I could live with for a week but no longer!
