Dated rooms & hotel, they do not cater for the English ie entertainment and food - food just ok same meals different name, no beach and no water sports, no sand, a small piece of rough ground with grass with a few beds on it, beach severely lets this Hotel down worst beach ever! We knew the hotel was remote but to offer only 4 local spirits, one so called cocktail, dreadful wine and beer is appaulling as no where to go unless you got a taxi or bus miles out! Main bar shuts at 9.30 pm!!!! . Pool water gave many ear infections, reception spoke broken English. No ice creams unless you pay for it. Transfers there and back from airport were terrifying. On a positive to end weather was amazing and some Hotel staff very lovely people. Shame this Hotel and transfers gave us our first bad experience of Turkey.

Myself and my boyfriend went for 7 nights and it hasn't been the best hotel. When we arrived we waited an hour to get booked in. Then we went to our room and we wanted a double room but we got a twin room. Food and drink is below average, with very similar food every day and not a huge range of drink. The receptionists barely speak English but it didn't bother us too much. The cleaners sometimes clean the rooms and sometimes don't. It's really confusing. The entertainment team really try hard during the day to get people involved and we enjoyed it. However, there was a person hanging around pretending to be everyone's rep, going up to you and saying 'are you English? I'm your rep'. But we didn't have a rep so we know he wasn't. He was selling people day trips for double the price. But if you get stopped by someone called Sammi approaches you, he represents the Red Dragon. It's a brilliant Chinese restaurant plus it's a free, air conditioned trip into Bodrum so it's definitely worth it!! The buses are really good and we went out most nights because we found it more entertaining and the food was better. Turkey is a beautiful place, very good value for money and full of joy, I just wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Bad hotel. Brilliant country.

We have just returned from our two week family holiday and after reading earlier reviews thought we still have a positive outlook. My positivity was completely drained by the end of our vacation. On arrival reception staff barely spoke English and communication was at times impossible, Rooms where in serious need of renovation work, and upgrade in décor. Food was tasteless, bland and no variety. Pool maintenance was at it's low during our stay with it turning green over a two day period. The rep was like someone from a comedy sketch, laughable, Should I have had a crisis he would not be much use unless your paying him a commission fee. . I would however recommend Sami a rep from the Red Dragon Chinese who comes daily offering a meal package and transportation into Bodrum. GREAT VALUE with excellent food and service . A good place to visit is Pirates of the cactus aqua park which is a 20 min bus ride entrance fee is 80L for children and 100 L for adults all inclusive of food and drink (none alcoholic) request a discount and see how you get on,we did and had a wonderful day. The hotel is very remote however buses run very frequent to nearby towns and very accessible and easy to use. Turkey has some beautiful sites and is an amazing country and will not let our stay at this hotel put us off a return to Turkey.

I booked this hotel for my parents and I am now writing this review on behalf of them. They were so disappointed in everything and it may be easier to simply list everything: - paid for double room and were given twin beds; upon complaining they refused to change the rooms - it is stated that there is on-site parking; this is non-existent (my father had to park his hired car on the street) - there is nowhere to go around the hotel; my parents are usually used to spending time during the evenings in little markets etc, the closest 'shop' was 10mins with car - to actually go to the sea you need to take a mini-bus provided by the hotel - the sea although clean has so many rocks and stones it is not possible to stand in it - my father had to save a table whilst my mother queued for dinner vice versa as there are limited tables - what was on offer for breakfast did not change for the 7 days they were there - depending on what you like as a couple but this hotel was full of a lot of families leaving their kids running riot whilst they simply got drunk - the room itself had no space to move around in and was only cleaned if you asked them to clean it - used towels were simply folded and placed back in their place
