My partner and I stayed here the last week in April we travelled with Thomas cook - we had both been to this area previously and my partner had stayed at this hotel when it was first built. Check in process was fine and we were upgraded to a rather nice and large room with a mezzanine floor so had the luxury of two bathrooms etc! The room was a little tired though and things in the bathroom could have done with a bit of attention - shower door did not fit properly, marks on the glass (which were not due to not being cleaned properly), but they are little things. I think the cleaning overall in the rooms might have been a little skimped on (there were some dirty marks on the bedside table when we arrived and they were never dealt with in the entire time we were there). However, before management start hitting out at cleaning staff, I am sure I cannot be the only one to say that perhaps less towel swans, doves, etc etc., and flower petals and more cleaning might hit the spot! There is a bus run by the hotel into Antalya - one a day and costs 4 Euros per person. However, the public transport runs right outside the hotel - I think it was a bus LC07 and cost 1 euro each to get into Antalya - you can easily spot the bus stops but it seemed to me that you could just flag the bus down wherever you were and it would stop. The gardens beach and swimming area were spotless and the gardens in particular were beautiful - lots of large bonsai trees - amazing. There were several other bars and restaurants within the grounds but these were not open when we were there. The hotel is large, and indeed there are very few Brits there when we were there - perhaps this changes in the summer, but we could not find an English speaking channel on the tv at all . The two 'ladies' at 'Guest Relations' were quite frankly the most unhelpful and unwelcoming people I have come across in this job - they spoke little if any English and were not bothered in trying to understand when we were trying to report a light bulb having blown in the room - one of them resorted to flapping her arms and kept saying "I no understand"! Mini bars in the room are kept stocked up with water , coke, and beer which was great. The food was fine - again it is buffet and you have to bear this in mind, but I would be surprised if someone said they could not find anything at all to eat as there was a great choice. We did pay to go into two of the speciality restaurants, the Asian and Steak ones but personally I would not recommend them - the food just came up from the kitchens anyway and the delays in service were quite simply awful - Management need more staff in these that's for sure - you could not even get another glass of wine during the sometimes long long wait! What was good was that there was a distinct "veggie" and "diet" sections in the main buffet restaurant. For what we paid it was good value. I would however not return to this hotel . I also travel on my own a great deal and I would not do so to this hotel - you are of course safe enough but it was just the fact that there were so little English or European languages (as I do speak a little French and Spanish) spoken by any of the staff (aside from fellow holiday makers) .

My daughter and I are at the Concorde de Luxe having a lovely holiday. I cannot agree with the recent comments of rude staff. We have had excellent service from the reception staff especially Kenan who arranged to change our junior suite as we didn't like the location we were given. Derya the blonde lady at guest relations has been very helpful with any queries and the booking of the a la carte restaurants. Up to now the service of all the staff has been very good, the food in the buffet and the restaurants we have tried has been excellent.

Hi, been 25 times to Turkey, omg, Concorde is or was terrible. Upon arrival, I said I hope I'm not here complaining every day, what a fool I was for saying that, Room was approx 30+ degrees late night, complained about air con, they said it was fine ? Complained again, then had a steady flow of employees, hoovering our air con, whilst spilling dust from filters all over the room!!!! Asked for pillows, and asked "why" by housekeeping. Food is awful,,,, really awful, basically a survival of the fittest to get served, Breakfast ,,, compleat joke , I asked for fresh orange and the waiter basically insulted me. Front desk, are angry, unpolite ,unprofessional , morons. Rooms are tired and need updated. Buyer beware,

If you are looking for 5 stars hotels on Lara Beach you can find better hotels than Corcorde. Our room was great and we enjoyed the sea and pool view. maids were really nice and serviceminded. Pool area was ok, but the music much to laud - especially during the "entertainment" at the pool. Impossible to relax and not much better when going to the relax area. The food / buffet was way under the quality we have experienced on other Lara Hotels - IC Green sets the standard and that may be why we were disapointed. Staff; Well we were in the beginning of the season and some of them allready seemed to have had enough of turists.....
