Four of us stayed here in October 2014 for a girlie week. Having read the reviews we assumed that it would be perfect for us. We booked a villa suite which had steps leading down directly to the pool. We had 2 rooms which consisted of a double bed in one room and 2 single beds in another. We also had our own private balcony and a sauna which was next to the bathroom; compact but did the job ( this was an extra €10 per day). The villa rooms also came with a safe, full satellite TV including many English channels , complimentary slippers and bath robes ( bath robes in our villa needed a good clean as they were more of a dirty grey than white) full balcony at both ends with seating area and loungers. The weather was just right when we went in mid October ( about 23/24 degrees) but quite cold in the night so a light jacket/cardigan was required. Our disappointment came the first night when we witnessed cockroaches in the bathroom. We informed the front desk and we were moved the very next day to a similar room which was much better. 10/10 for efficiency from the staff. The standard of cleaning from housekeeping was very poor.. We often came back to their so called " made up room" to find the floor not hoovered and everything just moved around on the tables and in the bathroom. We decided to stay on the balcony one day just to see exactly how long they spend on cleaning a room. Even with me watching and scrutinising their every move, it was clear that did not have a clue how to clean a room. I think they just about changed sheets and towels ., I had to ask them to Hoover rooms and clean the sink and bath!! On that particular day when the housekeeper was hoovering our floor, I could not work out why the floor still looked dirty... I then realised that the Hoover she was using was so full with dirt that it was blocked up so bits were actually falling back on to the carpet... Something as basic as emptying a Hoover can you believe it ( ok rant over).. The beaches are terrible, full of dirty mud/sand and pebbles.. We went down to the beach once.., never to return !! The main restaurant had a large selection of food and was very much the same most night, however, the selection of foods were so vast that repetition was never really a problem. Food was always hot and the stations were kept clean. Wines/beers etc was in constant flow if requested. The hotel itself is large with plenty amenities. The grounds are beautiful and kept immaculate. Staff are friendly, especially the restaurant staff. I'm not really fussy where I stay as long as the people are friendly, the weathers nice, the rooms are clean and I don't get poisoned by the food. I have been to Turkey about 7 times and this is the first time i have had to write such a poor review. Unfortunately this hotel looked lovely in the brochure but their level of cleanliness and basic hygiene let them down. I do hope that they have since improved.

I am very happy to find this place because for my children is very difficult to find something really good. But i can honestly say that seeing how kids were happy made me 100times more happy. Hotel is so big so you cant walk it over for 1 hour. It's like a big city. Everything what you need you can find on that area. We tryed another hotels in Turkey for holidays but I'm not going to take my family to another places. It's just wasted money. This year we are planning to visit Long Beach with our full family and friends)

The hotel is very big and beautiful. Great rooms, great foods, employees very friendly, nice beach (especially the new area). Entertainment team and their work is admirable. Especially i recommend families with children to go this hotel..awsome aquapark, amusement park, over the road is dolphinarium. Night shows for parents and children every night. Down floor there is bowling, cinema, shops and so on. Concluding.. there was nothing to blame about. I would go there again :)
Alanya prides itself as a sunny hotspot overlooking the Med, and it's astonishingly hot during the summer, reaching highs of 32° Celsius by August. Given Alanya's location, it's more temperate than unbearably warm, and there's some rain in the winter months, so a light cagoule might be in order then.
Even in the depths of winter though, the rainfall is broken by long sunny periods and the thermometer stays between 10° Celcius and 20° Celsius.
