We travelled in May. The place is in the middle of nowhere but don't let this put your off, it was an excellent holiday. The room has a fridge which is stocked fully on the first day with coke, fanta, water then re-filled with water every day. The room has a complimentary safe. The room was a good size and cleaned daily. The facilities where all spotless and the staff where like invisible ninjas, popping up to clear glasses and sweep up. The food hall was always fully stocked of all foods (apart from strawberries, but this was due to greedy individuals who used to load a plate full take to the table and then leave). The food was of high standard, we never had anything we didn't enjoy. It was lovely to be served drink at our table on the evening meal, we always felt looked after. Slides, and pools where great they covered all children ages. The beach was a little stoney but still ok. The main market was only a 5 minute walk away (main road and left), the dolphin park was again a 5 minute walk across the road. We had the pleasure of visiting the show and swimming with the dolphin which was very reasonably priced (although the pictures and dvd you can buy of the experience was a little high, but you can haggle). We would visit again.

family of four visited end of July 2015, (kids 13 & 10) We stayed in the long beach harmony, which also gave us access to all the facilities of the long beach hotel too, high quality hotel, very clean, tidy and welcoming 😊 definitely 5* standard! Staff were all friendly and helpful when needed, and they tried there hardest to assist us even tho some didn't speak very good English. The facilities are outstanding! These hotels are very family orientated and there is so much for the children to do 😉 11 pools no less, slides, slides and more slides, a mini funfair, amphitheater etc. etc. it truly is a magical place. Bars are dotted all over the complex as well as food points, BBQ on the beach front 😜. There are water stations all over the complex to help yourself to bottled water, which was handy as temps reached 42 degree ☀️☀️ guests could have a towel per day from the spa, (token system) you can give them back at the end of the day to get your token back for the next day, handy for the beach, pools etc. wifi was available on the piers so this was a plus for our eldest. The rooms are cleaned whenever you need them, for us it was nice to have someone come everyday, change the sheets and give fresh towels. Bottled water was also filled in our mini fridge. Air con throughout the hotel, even in the room, which we had control of 😉 Food was quite repetitive but although the same was available each day, they did put something new out to try. Stews, chicken, chips, salad, rice, different meats. Desserts were always a hit with children. The food area is always clean, tidy and very well presented, the staff were on hand to get you a drink and remove and dirty plates, glasses etc. I would definitely return to this hotel with my family, it truly was amazing 😊☀️ thank you to all the staff for making our holiday such a wonderful one that we will definitely remember, wonderful family memories were created 😊😊

We have been on different all inclusive hotels in Turkey. We took this hotel from Hamborg in Germany, and booked the Long Beach Harmony part of the hotel with a seaview. We recomend this cause, some rooms facing the bazar on the other side didn't event have balcony's. Pay a Little extra and have a morning view over the sea facing you. Rooms was clean and we had our two children ( 5+10 years ), sleeping in a regular bed and a chair made to a bed. No problems. Actually our daughter said that the maddras was better than her own in Denmark. Pillows was a littel hard på no big problem. Pools was very good and kept in clean conditions. A big variority of pools in all sizes and som with salt Water. Waterpark was fun and we had a good time with the Water slides, and the Pirat land for our Little girl. From Long Beach Harmony there's some walking to the other side, so if you have problems walking, consider another hotel, because this has a big area.. Eating was good, but after one weeks stay it became pretty much the same. Same food and we are not critical in that direction. But iceream for the kids in the afternoon, baked potaos, pizza,pancakes- you didn't go starving or thirsty from the pool areas. Kids Clubs was ok. We went to alle three. The one in Long Beach is the biggest and a lot of kids. But nice and friendly youngsters taking care of the kids ( mostely Young Ukraine workers ),. Fun Fair was ok, but same same quiet fast and opening time in the evening was to short. Mini disco was mostely in russian and we tried one time and that's it. A nice disco for the youngsters opening at 0.00 and looked well crouded. All personal was ok in speaking English, some better that others, but if you face these Young waiters with a smile and some understanding, you'll get a long anyway. A plesant stay and we will come back, staying Again on the Harmony part of the hotel and with a new tunnel under the highway everything get's a lot easier. A lot consider Wifi as a big priorty espically for youngsters, and a lot of access points and fine connections made internet easy even on the Beach..

The hotel and surrounding facilities are really good, you have everything you can ask for on your vacation. And that's about the only good thing you can say about Long Beach. Service is incredibly poor. All we've heard about Turkey was how good the service was - well, what a disappontment. Personnel was really rude, especially the ones in the restarurant and pool bars.Only the cleaning ladies were ok, but they would come to clean every day between 2 and 4 pm, at the exact time when we were trying to get some afternoon sleep and they woke us up every day. This was really annoyng! Food was a lot, but it didn't change during the 7 days we were there. The products were all of a very low quality - probably the cheapest there is. Hotel doctor was horrible - he was extremely rude and unhelpful, thanks God we didn't need any real medical care. I wouldn't go there again.
