We've stayed in the new building "Long Beach Harmony" for one week. After we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by some smiling reception staff. He gave us the resort map with all the facilities. After he attached the yellow strap to our hands he ask an attendant to take our luggage to our room. The room was very nice and clean with enough space for one double and one single bad. The bad was just fantastic. The soft mattress and the soft bad sheets made my nights very comfy. We found in the room bath robes, slippers, hairdryer, fridge with free refreshments that were refilled every day, flat TV with many satellite channels and a nice view to the inside area and to the sea. The Long Beach Resort is with no doubt a "family hotel". It has everything for little kids: little pools, Water Park, playgrounds, animation team, kids disco, game center... As an adult you have a lot to do: relax on the pools near the hotel or near the beach with salted water, drink cocktails and Turkish coffee, fitness with weights or running on treadmill and elliptical trainer, massage on SPA center (I didn't attend to it), aqua park,... The food was good for just one week. You can find a lot of food from where to choose. It's all about personal taste. Maybe if you will stay more than a week you’ll get bored of the same dishes. In the Harmony area you will find everything that you can find on the old hotel area. Don't bother to stay there. WiFi with strong signal and good bandwidth in the room, pools area and even on the beach. At 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel you can visit the Sealanya Seapark & Dolphinpark. Don't buy the photos or DVD. They are too expensive for what they will offer. Low video and photo quality. Pay the tickets at the entrance with your credit card not with EUR. They will charge you with Turkish lira and the rates are lower. Bad parts - the tunnel to the beach of the Harmony is not yet finished so you have to walk a little bit and use the tunnel of the old hotel. - the communication is predominantly Russian. They have Russian employee as well but this is understandable because the majority of the customers are Russians (70%). The staff doesn't know the basic English. Most of the time I have to repeat myself and speak with them with my hands. For me is hard to understand the lack of knowledge of an international language as English for all the young employee in this resort (an average of 20 year old). - the booking for A La Carte Restaurants is a joke! You can only book one restaurant for free for your whole stay at the hotel. We try to book in the second part of our journey at some France restaurant and we didn't find an available place although every night when we pass around we found at least four tables available. - for breakfast you have to pay extra for the orange juice but the buffet is full of oranges Why there isn't free of charge ?? My advice is squeeze it to yourself. :) - the service staff are young with no experience or specialized trainings. - rude persons that thought it is normal to reserve chairs at the pool in the morning before 09:00 with towels and come back after 13:00 For our first "ultra all inclusive" concept experience was OK. Overall I'll rate the resort with 4 stars from 5.

Overall the hotel was beautiful and clean. They changed our rooms as we were separated from our older children. Their service was impecabile. The food, perhaps a bit bland and repetative, but there was plenty of it. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and helpful. Their table service was good. Some pools were icy cold, but had the weather been a bit better maybe we would have appreciated the freshness. Overall this is a great hotel, lots and lots to do... great waterparks and our children had a fantastic time.

Excellent hotel, really good options in the restaurant for adults and children, there was a good variety over the week that we stayed for. We stayed in a villa, which had a small restaurant attached to it which is really convenient. The theme park is ok, but the water slides are excellent fum for kids and adults!
Alanya prides itself as a sunny hotspot overlooking the Med, and it's astonishingly hot during the summer, reaching highs of 32° Celsius by August. Given Alanya's location, it's more temperate than unbearably warm, and there's some rain in the winter months, so a light cagoule might be in order then.
Even in the depths of winter though, the rainfall is broken by long sunny periods and the thermometer stays between 10° Celcius and 20° Celsius.
