We had been in delphin Amazying hotel, with amazying food employees and staff. Rooms perfect food excellent. Great spa and pools with lovely aquapark. Def. Reccommend it. Very clean and huge hotel. Least prices goes higher for last 3 years. That is not understandable. Because is old hotel, for same money could receive more luxory.

We have chosen Delphin Botanic by our friend recommendation that visited hotel 3 years ago. They recommended Delphin Botanic as best hotel with marvellous service, friendly stuff, good food, a la carte restaurants, green environment and best services for kids (water slides, Luna-park, ice-cream, animation). So we had really high expectations. Reality was not so bright. We stayed in Park block. Water slides, children pools, Luna-park was really good. Room service - was quite poor. Last day of staying they forgot to fill the minibar. According to paper declarations minibar filling time is from 10AM till 5 PM. When 4:30 PM we called to the reception, we got answer that requires for minibar filling they accept till the 4 PM and offered to fill minibar tomorrow (when we left the hotel). The shower gel wasn't filled any time and the last day it finished. A la carte restaurants. All 6 a la carte restaurants are located in one area, near the main pool and Grand arena. The environment is the same in all a la carte restaurants (Japanese, Chinese, Fish restaurant, Sushi restaurant, Turkish and others). Food was the same quality as in main restaurant (some good, some –not). In order to get to the a la carte restaurant you should register in guest relation office. The registration begins at 9AM, you can register only for next day, you should stand in life queue and after 9:30 AM you have no chance to get in to the restaurant, because one restaurant can serve approximately up to 40-50 persons. Animation. Every evening there were 2 different programs in 2 arenas, but the location of programs were confused 3 times during 9 days. That means you must change your location with all children at the 9:30 PM. That means you must stand during performance in order to see everything. Also hotel’s territory was very crowded as presently two big hotels Delphin Botanic and Delphin Platinum should share the same territory. We had such a feeling that the best staff was transfered to the Delphin Platinum. There were more small misunderstandings, so we can evaluate this hotel only by 3.5 stars rank.

The hotel is my favourite of all because of it's nature and services. The food and the beverages are very various and tasteful and the services are always very good. The design and the rooms are well arranged. Also we managed to get a very cheap price from airlineticketsnow.com and that was the icing on the cake ! The ambiance is always warm and the staff is always attentive for nothing to miss.
Alanya prides itself as a sunny hotspot overlooking the Med, and it's astonishingly hot during the summer, reaching highs of 32° Celsius by August. Given Alanya's location, it's more temperate than unbearably warm, and there's some rain in the winter months, so a light cagoule might be in order then.
Even in the depths of winter though, the rainfall is broken by long sunny periods and the thermometer stays between 10° Celcius and 20° Celsius.
