Hi all, myself and partner & my young kids 2&3, stayed here in may 2014 and had a good time. We were meeting my parents there also for my dads 50th. This hotel is fine for a cheap get away, my parents brought me here when we were kids and it hasn't changed that much atal, but its clean and the food and drink is ok. The entertainment is really poor, when there is any! But you do get a few chavy famillys there who are loud and don't have any manners or self respect, but they kept themselves to themselves when we were there, I like a good drink but even if im pissed ill still be polite and say pls and thank you, anyway we didn't let it spoil our stay, even if the pool was freezing! it is a bit of a walk to the shops and pubs but there is a free bus to take you to and from every 20 mins. If I could get a cheap deal id prob go back, but unless ur going in aug expect a pool that is cold!! Have a great time, any questions just ask!

Swimming pool with clean water, the beach is a bit far, but is a small train free of charge from the front of the hotel near to the beach. We enjoy there for a week, i will recommend to the people with small budget.

Went here last September for 2 weeks on a last minute cheap and cheerful all inclusive. To be honest i wasn't expecting too much at the prices charged and was pleasantly surprised. Plus points: Clean, tidy, ok location, food as good as you can expect for the price (Lord knows what people expect), no long queues at bars despite being busy - always enough staff and never too busy for a smile and a bit of banter. Good childrens activities Minus points: Can be a bit rowdy / rough with a lot of Stag and Hen groups while we were there (great if you like to people watch). Pool areas very busy and a bit small for the number of guests. No air con in rooms!!!!!!!! Overall a good holiday and met some really nice people there. Guess what? we are going back for a week in May

a ROOM with no window and a hole under balcony door, hood job it didn't rain!!! FOOD not tasty, we'll it basically all tasted the same, the quality was not very good but I didn't get poisoning (surprisingly) even though they tend to use the same pasta leftovers for the next and next and following meal... LOCATION not very good, you do have to walk quite a bit to get to any sort of alive part of the village... DRINKS made out of the same fizzy drinks, you can't taste a difference between pink panther, sex on the beach or whatever else.. I wouldn't go back to the hotel. Maybe to the village but definitely not the same hotel. I wouldn't pay half the price for the conditions.
There's one thing you can be sure of; you don't get cold on Santa Susanna holidays. The Mediterranean climate means long hot summers, with average temperatures reaching 30° Celsius, frequently giving 12 hours of sunshine a day. The hottest months of July and August are often tempered by coastal winds. If you would like to escape the summer crowds with a holiday to Santa Susanna, the best time to visit would be in late September or late spring when the weather is good.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
