Ok Im not fussy at all so i will start with the good the room was spotless and the cleaners did an amazing job .The Reception team was amazing The gentleman was so helpfull but there was one young girl that obviously forgot what manners and a smile was . The pool was small but nice ( no Kids pool ) . for the reviews that said the bar staff where friendly I will disagree the bar staff wouldn't know what a hello was but the restaurant staff went out of there way to be friendly .The kids club didnt have a clue what they where doing friendly enough but I would say not the best As for the food my mum found something to eat where I found it hard to find anything other than chips ( Im not a fan of chips either ) I did try what was offered but it was not good so i went out to eat x I would recommended this place for a cheap week in Spain but please go self catering

Anyone going to this hotel your in for a treat! I had the most amazing holiday and most of it was spent at the hotel! The staff are awesome, very friendly and love to chat, entertainment is good. Reptile show was awesome. The rooms are very basic but very clean. The pool area is quite small but has a lovely seating area which is so eye pleasing! The beach is literally on the front with many many shops close by. I will be going back next year! Well done Planamar

To mention a few staff Pedro on reception was fab as was James in the restaurant and Asma the room domestic. But all staff were good. Cannot wait to go back.

The staff here are very efficient and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival - the hotel looks out over the beach and is a few paces away from the stunning old town (the town has a train station where you can hop on a 'Rodalies - R1' train for a few euros to Barcelona too - only about an hour away). We were originally nervous after reading reviews, we got a third floor room facing bar and pool area but once we closed the door to the balcony at night to sleep noise was not a problem. Plus the view of the sea was worth it! We did have ants on our bedroom floor one night and woke up with a few bites but once we reported it at reception they were straight up to sort it out and we didn't have problems with the ants after that. The room itself was small but pleasant - no problems with any thing and cleaners came every morning. TV has English speaking stations so that was nice before we went to bed. Although you can buy wifi at the desk along with a key for the safe, you can connect to the hotel wifi and get 15 mins free every day. There is also computer tucked away in the lobby where you can pay to use the internet for longer if you need to. We opted for bed and breakfast, but we should have gone for the All Inclusive package. You get breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks at the bar plus other bonuses - you can buy the packages at the front desk. Breakfast is in plentiful supply every morning and had a great variety. It would be a great place to stay with kids - so many activities going on throughout the hotel, we even watched a magicians show one night! Along with this there is a game room. There is plenty of activities for the adults too from bingo to karaoke. The pool was lovely, you could find a seat any time of the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is situated ideally at the beginning of the strip, so close to the old town and right beside the beach. As well as that the area outside is so lovely, filled with flowers and beautifully lit at night and decorated. The hotel itself is very clean and always smells nice! Don't mind the reviews complaining about the noise it does not last all night and the hotel is a nice place to stay, especially for the price we paid! Would definitely stay again. :)
