Loved this hotel , staff, food , was great... My only thing was the beds at the pool very packed & close together... Some days I couldn't put my legs either side of bed As the nxt bed was pressed up against it like sardines.... But apart from that it was good, you have to que for beds in the morning. ! I would return to this hotel & would recommend it !

stayed in this hotel whilst i visited benidorm with my 2 year old son and family from 8th-18th Oct 2014 (i forgot to write a review :P) could not find any fault really with this hotel except the children buffet (not a lot of choice, but i will explain that later). i booked with lowcostholidays and tbh i would recommend booking as package holiday. i did get a transfer included with my booking however it drops off at the burger king which is at the bottom of the hill which this hotel is situated on! i was a late booking and my family booked with jet2holidays so ther transfer took them straight to the hotel front :/ i had to walk up the hill with a suitcase, a toddler, pram and seperate bags. thankgod for my family helping me! lol reception was very friendly and got booked in quickly, room was available when we arrived. all rooms face the pool so your gauranteed a pool view or a view of Benidorm. i was room 509 (middle view) so i got both views :) :) hotel room was spacious, clean and i was very pleased with it. just as was described on holiday webpage!! this hotel has 3 restuarants, however africa falls restuarant was closed. the hotels main restuarant, Africa Virgen was open and it located on the bottom floor. brilliant choice of food, no complaints really. childrens buffet only had 3 trays of food but my son ate a lot of the other stuff so nothing major to complain about. always something different everynight and every so often they will put out a chocolate fountain for dessert along with nibbles :) there is also another restuarant, Paraiso which is located by the bottom pool. it is open from 11am up until 11pm. it never closes. if you miss breakfast which is served in the main restuarant from 9-11 then you will get breakfast in the pool restuarant until 12.30. whatever u miss in the main restuarant it will be in the pool restuarant when the main one closes, but just a smaller selection - so theres always food available at any time of the day! hotel has 3 pools, main large pool on 1st floor and smaller pool on 2nd floor which has the largest slides connected to it. on 2nd floor also there is another 4 large slides and a childrens area and small pool next to them which has 2 small slides for them and a bucket which pours cold water of them! my son loved this lol there is also next to the large main pool a childrens climbing frame area which also has a little slide for them. my son & 8 year old sister loved this! there is enough to keep the kids amused all day!!! the hotel entertainment wasnt as good but could have had something to so with time of year and change in staff. my family have been here before and said an entertainer, Mike was there and was brilliant and kept the place lively. entertainment was pretty boring apart from the first few nites we were ther, karaoke, dancing and music and then there was a dance display show which i enjoyed. most nites it was either bingo or a game that was spoken in spanish and we couldnt understand?? :/ but it was okay. we headed out most nights as there is a few family bars close by to hotel (5minute walk). the best one i found was The White Horse, brilliant karaoke and they even have a kids play area and amusement centre downstairs so keeps them amused! :) hotel is a 5 min walk away from the beach too so we went there a few days and also near shops as well so location to everything is brilliant. i also took my little boy so a littloe theme park for kids 10 and under called festilandia, which is a half an hour walk into the centre of benidorm was still an enjoyable walk! also if you get the chance on floor 12 (rooftop view) there is an adults only section which there is a bar, jacuzzi and posh sunbeds and you can also get an excellent view of Benidorm as well as good pool views of the hotel!! there is also wifi within the hotel, there is a wifi machine as the main reception which is 5 euros for a whole day and i could even get the wifi reception in my room :) there is also 2 sister hotels nearby which you can use (Magic Tropicana Suites & Magic Villa de Benidorm) but they are rubbish to what you have on offer at this hotel. there is another 3 sister hotel but they are too far away! you are free to use these if you want! all in all a really good hotel and would use this hotel again if i were to plan another holiday to Benidorm :)
Having fun in the sun is the image that Benidorm holidays conjure up - and it's certainly no myth! From summer temperatures hovering near 40° Celsius to generous January averages of around 13° Celsius, permanently clear skies mean you should pack your sunblock whenever you're coming, and hit those golden beaches!
