this was a fully inclusive holiday and overall the hotel is good Accomodation however in the standard double twin rooms are very cramped for room with three in and have no balconies only sliding windows the food is good although improvements could be made everything is of a very clean standard rooms pool area restaurant etc The weather was not that great for this holiday and due to this fact a lot of time was spent inside the hotel and due to its theme it is dark with very little natural light to its interior which makes it seem dark and dingy The good days we had however was good in the pool areas and it would have been nice to spend time on the rooftop sun bathing area but as we found out this does not open until May and it can be quite noisy around the normal pool areas and would have been nice to relax in the bit of sun we had in the relaxing area The hotel is also located at the top of a steep incline and the shuttle buses drop you and pick you up at bottom of hill so if your not good on your legs then it would not be advised Over all however I would class as average and value for money

Stayed all inclusive for the very first time in Benidorm with my family and was not dis appointed . Nice hotel with extremely pleasant and friendly staff they are a credit to there employers. We were impressed with the food standard and the variety of choice and the fact that food was available all day until 2330 on a night. Did not spend much time in the entertainment room on a night but believed it was very good . The room was top quality although a little cramped for a family of 4, but we only stayed for 5 nights so it was no hardship. The pool areas are very nice , shame about the apartment block situated bang in front of them giving large areas of shadows. The sun beds are pretty tight together would be uncomfortable in the summer when the hotel would be very busy. The only disappointing thing was other hotels in the Magic chain apart from the old town where closed the girls were looking forward to seeing the Medieval themed hotel on the outskirts of Benidorm. All in all a great hotel chain , will have no problems revisiting . Thanks to Juan who made sure we were looked after every time we entered the rester-aunt top man.

Hotel is awesome location to the beach and is very family related. My only issue with the hotel is having to pay for internet with gold all inclusive package and internet being less that 1mb. Hotel staff is friendly and they theme park and water park is 15 minute walk away. Another down fall is the hotel have very little road side parking so you have to park a good way away.
Having fun in the sun is the image that Benidorm holidays conjure up - and it's certainly no myth! From summer temperatures hovering near 40° Celsius to generous January averages of around 13° Celsius, permanently clear skies mean you should pack your sunblock whenever you're coming, and hit those golden beaches!
