This was our second visit to the Paradise and we will definitely be returning next year. The hotel has everything we look for in a family holiday! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment both times. The rooms are perfectly adequate and all have well equipped kitchens, a big living area, lovely big balconies and big TVs with all the main English channels including CBeebies and CITV for the children. The bedroom has a comfy bed and plenty of storage. The only problem we had this year was that the air conditioning wasn't great in our room, the hotel did their best to help us and gave us a fan which did help but it has been particularly hot this summer and I think the air conditioning was struggling a bit. This won't stop us going back. The hotel offers self catering and all inclusive and both times we have decided go self catering, the main reason being that the hotel is located in a perfect spot just across the road from many restaurants which surround a lovely harbour. Our children are 12 and 8 so eating out is no longer stressful for us. When the kids were younger we would happily have stayed there on an all inclusive basis. This time we did upgrade to all inclusive for a few of the days and we found it extremely good value and mixed the holiday up a bit. This worked out around £65 (€87) for one day to trial it and then about £90 (€115) for more days after that for s family of 4. We stayed in the hotel most days as the Animation team were FANTASTIC and both kids didn't want to leave in the day. A special mention for Nacho, David, Steph and Ana you were all brilliant and Jessie and Josh had an amazing holiday because of you! The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. My husband had a great bond with the splash pool snack bar manager (we think his name is Casper) who deserves a special mention for his friendly and fun personality. Also the reception staff were fantastic and helped us always with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble! We hope all of these people will still be there next year when we return. Mustn't forget the cleaners too who obviously work extremely hard and also always had a smile for you. A few tips, catch the bus opposite the hotel to Cuitadella for an evening out, a bit expensive to eat there but is a beautiful place to walk around. Hire a car for a day or two and go to El Toro in Es Mercadel and Es Grau to a beautiful natural beach. Can't recommend this enough for a great family holiday and brilliant value!

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and again we can not fault the hotel in any area. The staff are all amazing; bar staff, restaurant staff, reception staff, house keeping, management... a special shout out to the entertainment team, Nacho, Stef, Ana and Sergio (at the time) they made the activities fun and extremely enjoyable! The room was clean and did the perfect job for what we were using it for. Food and drink in the restaurant was good, lots of variety of hot meats, pastas and salads as well as a speperate area for the childrens food. If any dietry requirements were needed the chefs were very happy to help. Weve already booked to go again next year, and are counting down the days!

A wonderful hotel, the staff in all areas work extremely hard to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The apartments are spotless and the pools and grounds are well maintained. The food is varied and of a good standard. The Thomas Cook kids club was excellent and the ladies that managed it were to. My son made some wonderful friends and I know we will return! The Thomas Cook reps I encountered on the transfers and within the hotel (when they could be bothered to tun up!) were less than useless, completely miserable and disinterested in their jobs...and at the start of the season this is worrisome. I made an enquiry on my way back from lunch only to get a snarky response "I'm on my break"...the lady sat at the front of the coach wearing a rep uniform ignored the fact that my son was sick and couldn't even be bothered to assist a couple whose suitcase had been destroyed by the airline. I will never bother with Thomas Cook, the hotel don't need them! I will book direct and avoid the awful coach transfers with broken air con as the Taxi fares are reasonable and you can barter a good price. Book direct and save ££££££ss!

we've just come back from the Paradise club and I cannot fault the staff, rooms and the entertainment! Our 2 boys (age 4 1/2 & 7 1/2) loved the Lolo and Bernie club, the girls were great! The whole resort is safe and staff always friendly and helpful. The All Inclusive gave us the luxury of unlimited ice cream, drinks and most of the 'grown up' drinks, which made it easy in terms of carrying money around. I would definitely recommend it!
