We have just returned from a 3 night break and wish it would've been longer. The location is superb, right across from the marina where there are plenty of restaurants and places for a drink. We went self catering and had a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Quite basic but was all that we needed. Would say the room needed some repairs and the cleaning was not good. Staff were great especially reception and Nachos who was great with the kids. Plenty for children of all ages to do and the hotel had a lovely family feel. Will be returning here again but for longer. Cannot comment on the food but a great choice of restaurants in a stones throw for food lovers.

The (majority) of staff here are excellent and are very eager to ensure that everyone has a great holiday. We found the hotel to be very clean and it enjoys and excellent location, the pools are great and my young son thoroughly enjoyed the slides and walk in pools. The snacks were limited but satisfied our needs and the drinks were just fine. The food in the restaurant was good but by the end of the week it all tasted the same, that's not a complaint as it always happens when you eat at one place all week. We ate in the resort a few nights and we found this a very friendly, happy place. I can strongly recommend the Paradise Club for young families and would like to thank the staff there for making it such a great holiday.

We where the very first guests of the new season to arrive at the hotel and every member of staff was waiting in reception to welcome us in which was a nice touch! The entertainment team were very good especially Nacho, Ana and Ramona (Dan the team leader only really did shows at night and the other girl was mainly used for entertaining children so I'm sure she was nice as well but I did not spend a lot of time with her as my boy was a bit too young for their entertainment he is 3). Food was freshly cooked and there was generally a good variety. Maria one of the chefs was very very friendly and spoilt my little boy so much! Miguel who I believe was a manager of the restaurant was also very helpful and friendly. Kris on reception was also fantastic and gave us great advice about a boat trip and managed to get my boy on the boat for free! (I then used the money saved on the trip for ice cream and beer!). There were several other guys that worked there that I should thank but don't know all of their names but Really all of the staff were fantastic even the life guards and cleaners. If you want to be really fussy you could find some faults (not many plus chill out your on holiday!) but from the impression I had of the staff if you did find something wrong and told them about it then I'm sure they would fix it but I did not really find anything wrong that I wanted or needed their help with. Almost forgot to mention the children's club which was ok my boy who is autistic enjoyed their company and wanted to spend time with them so I think that really shows how much he liked their care. Been home now for a couple of weeks and we are already looking a going back next year! If you are a big kid or you have children then this is the hotel for you! My boy loved the splash park and slides. One request would be please build an under cover slide and swing park for children please please please we will be back!
You'll enjoy the very best of a Mediterranean summer if you choose to take you Cala n Bosch holidays in the peak months of July and August. Temperatures then are a sizzling 30° Celsius during the day and around 24 at night, so you're guaranteed lots of fun in the sun! If you're not looking at a summer holiday, how about enjoying the charms of Cala n Bosch in September or October?
Outside of peak months the crowds will be less evident, but the weather will still be wonderfully warm at an average of around 23° Celsius, so you'll still be able to spend plenty of time on the beach. Whatever time you visit though, make sure to watch out for the green flag on the beach to enjoy a safe and pleasant day out.
