Just back from a lovely 10 night stay. Really wish TA would allow me to give a 3 1/2 star rating as 3 seems a touch harsh. Location is in a very quiet area, only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. As acknowledged by the hotel the apartments are in need of refurbishment and a redesign of the layout, which will happen this winter. (Some very high steps) Staff were very friendly and helpful, apartment cleaning was good but we felt could be more often. Didn't use the sports facilities but they looked excellent. We will definitely return and if the refurb is as good as promised I expect to be giving a 5 star rating

I stayed here with my mum for 9 nights in the middle of June. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but would look at properties on the Pine Walk end should we visit again. The complex is in a quiet area a short walk from the beach and 10/15 min walk from the marina. It's a nice walk too but unfortunately for us between booking it and travelling my mum developed a bad knee so we could have done to be nearer the town as that is where we spent our evenings and some afternoons. The resort itself is stunning with plenty of places to eat and drink so I wouldn't bother with any half board options. We booked a studio and we were on the second floor with a view of the mountains which was nice. We were concerned when we saw it as we were above reception but it was very quiet no issues. It was actually preferable to a pool view we thought. The studio was clean and compact but is in need of modernisation. There were no bedside cabinets and also no full length mirror which seemed odd, and the very small wardrobe had drawers in it so you couldn't hang up a dress full length which was a bit annoying. The design of the studio is odd- the tiny kitchenette is opposite the bathroom which I wasn't keen on, there's something disturbing about being in the bathroom on a morning whilst your fellow traveller is right at the other side of the door boiling the kettle and making toast! Also, there is a step up from the kitchen to the living area and it is quite steep. We slept with the bathroom light on all week as if you got up in the middle of the night in the dark and forgot the step was there then that could be quite nasty! The safe in the room was free and excellent- easy to use. There were more families than I anticipated as although it is sold as a family favourite I thought they would be in school. They were all well behaved though and there's a lovely play area for them and a bouncy castle too. The pool area is very pretty and wasn't over crowded BUT beware if you go high season you will end up like sardines round there- the sun beds are so close together and tightly packed that it would be hard to move when there's lots of people, although there is an area of grass you could probably move them on to. There's a nice pool bar area (we only ate there once but food is reasonably priced and also tasty) but the complex lacks a Mini market. It was also disappointing that maid service is only 3 times a week as I do like my bed made for me when I'm on holiday. The days they did come though they did a fantastic job. The whole complex is kept spotless. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend to the less fussy traveller and families. I'm not sure if the complex is under going renovation as I walked past some apartments with their doors open and they looked much brighter and modern than our studio. With a few tweaks to the studio it could be much nicer. But for the price we paid we have no complaints and had a lovely holiday in both the complex and resort of Puerto Pollensa

One thing we found was that there are lots of young children so it was not so peaceful in the daytime, overall great trip! would return. Max

We have just returned from 5 days with our son, daughter in law and 2 boys aged 4 and 20 months in the Villa Concha. The hotel is so well appointed to accommodate young children, great swimming pool, splash pools and play areas and bouncy castle. Easy walk to lovely beach. There is early evening entertainment for them as well as later for the adults. All the staff were great and our studio apartment was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely return.
