The staff are friendly and my mate Juan (bar) is a top bloke even if he supports Celta Vigo (ha ha). Our 2nd trip to this Hotel but our first visit to Pollensa...who knew what a lovely town existed, all of 10 mins away in a taxi! Hope to get back next year!

Just got back and had a great time at Villaconcha. Travelled with my husband and 2 children (9 & 6 years). Hotel, staff and facilities were great and just as described. Food was also very good, but could have been more variety. The room/appartment was good, but not quite as described by Thomas Cook due to the fact that in the lounge the 2 sofas became beds for the children, which was fine but when I booked I thought we would have a 'lounge' area and beds for each of us. It wasn't a problem at all as we had lot of space, a dining table as well as the 'sofabeds', a large balcony with table and chairs and and upstairs a large bathroom and master bedroom. When we arrived the children's beds were not made up, which I think was misleading, it would have been far better if we had arrived to the room to find their beds all made, I wouldn't have given a thought to the sofas or lack of them. Apart from this small thing we had a great time and would certainly stay at Villa concha again.

I can echo all the positive comments about the hotel but feel I must comment on the sun bed situation ; I was one of those people up at 7 am to reserve our beds as come 8.30am all the beds had gone !!!!!!! but I can assure you that come 9am I was sunbathing by the pool ; what frustrates me is that often some beds were not occupied until after 12 !!!! solution, come 10am , any unused beds with towels on are then removed so the beds are made available to sunseekers !!!! I have seen this in operation on another holiday and it worked well ; to me what was more disgusting was at a family run hotel was one or two " ladies " of a more mature age letting it all hang out and went topless !!!! put me right of my choc ice ; day time activities were fantastically run by Lionel and I won 6 of his day time comps !!! no issues with Wifi but there again our rooms were directly above the reception area !!! was surprised there was no welcome meeting by either the hotel or travel company as only found out about the Spa area on our last day ; treated our selves to brekkie one day and at 7.50 euros it was superb value ........
