Hotel is lovely, very modern and clean. 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and pubs. Alot of shops close by too. Puerto Marina 10mins walk... One word....gorgeous! Great entertainment for kids and adults, both during the day and evening. Entertainers seemed to speak many languages which was great to accommodate all visitors! Great selection of food (buffet) for breakfast and dinner.. ..which I liked as I'm a fussy eater and my belly was full every day. Room maids were very friendly and on a couple of mornings I needed a few more minutes to get ready and they were more than happy to do my room later. Pools were brilliant size and life guard on duty all day. Lots of water activities to take part in. Was difficult to get sun loungers some days as people reserve them with towels and go out for the day. Not much staff can do about that, it happens at majority of hotels these days! Only down point really was our room. It was at the back of the hotel on 1st floor with no view and had alot of noise from deliveries every day. Was good to see it was fresh food daily mind you! Room was small and no fridge so couldn't keep our bottles of water cold...or my aftersun. Was told could pay 3 euros per day for one 'if we have any available'. Only other option was to pay more money to upgrade to superior room. Will definitely book into hotel again, although will ask to book in a superior room to ensure its a good size, nice view and a fridge. Highly recommend hotel.

Went to this hotel for 2 weeks in August with 3 children I've stayed in Best hotels before and had a lovely time. When we checked in our rooms weren't ready and after an hour we were given the keys to one, the air conditioning box had been leaking for a long time it looked like as the room smelt damp and the wall was soaking, I refused to stay in it and after a few huffs and puffs was offered another room elsewhere on the 4th floor which was very pleasant. The maids were lovely and polite. I read a few bad reviews about how the staff favoured the Spanish guests and they probably did but it wasn't a problem. You have to get into the restaurant early for a good table as they start to queue from about 8.30 but the food was good and plenty of it. The entertainers were good especially the water aerobics they would fill the pool and the hotel is in s great spot for everything the beach, marina etc. all in all the hotel was very nice, clean and in lovely grounds and I have nothing bad to say. I'd come again.

I absolutely love this hotel. I have just returned from a week's holiday with my daughter. This hotel is more like a 4 star... I was impressed, the photographs do not give the property justice. The location cannot be faulted all the major attractions are close at hand the Marina (stunning), 24 hour square and the luscious Paloma Park a short distance away. The garden's to the hotel are adorable, I loved wondering through them at night and sitting by the pool. Access to the beach couldn't be easier, there is a gate at the front of the hotel grounds where you can access the beach via a walkway. We stayed half -board and mealtimes were always well organised. The food was fresh and hot (where it needed to be). Lots of fresh fruit, choices of salads, different theme nights. We loved the ~Turkish night. The staff are courteous and attentive. The bonus for us was the Wifi in our bedroom plus the British channels BBC1, 2 and ITV, it made all the difference. Tip: Wifi works best with an Android phone as opposed to iPad/Apple devices, much to the detriment of my daughter. However, the iPad worked well in the public areas. The bedrooms are spacious and spotless..., plenty of balcony space, although our view was limited, but this wasn't a problem for us. The location of the hotel is spot on, we used public transport to get to Torremolinos and Fuengirola it cost 1.65 Euros each way, brilliant!! The majority of clientele are Spanish, however, we never felt left out and also practiced our basic Spanish. My daughter want's to return next year, I will definitely go back to the Siroco again. The Siroco is simply the best...
