What a great holiday myself and the family had at this hotel. The check in was quick and friendly , the room was lovely , the weather was fantastic , the pools were lovely to swim in , none of this going in up to your knees first to get used to the cold , it was straight in and swim , same with the sea just a short walk across the road , lovely and warm . , all the staff were friendly , The largest majority of holiday makers here are spanish and we had a great time competing in all the activities , it was a lovely friendly atmosphere and a few of the spanish spoke great english and the animation team were fab . You could order your drinks and food in english not like some of the other comments on here, in fact i spent the last month trying to learn a few phrases to get me by but was hugely dissapointed when i didnt need to use them , much to the delight of my family. The food was great , loads of choice , salads , meats , fish , veg , pizzas , burgers , chips ,soups , full english breakfast , cerials , fruit , you name it they had it .The evening entertainment was ok ish , we could keep up with it all but obviously catering more in spanish The ten pin bowling was a good laugh , and there are plenty of pool tables , ice hockey machines , table tennis etc .I would say that if you intend going on a few trips to take note of the days when the rep is available , as we missed the mini hollywood trip and to do it on your own is either going to be expensive by taxi or a lot of mucking about on public transport ,the other option would be to hire a car i suppose . Thats it really , have a great holiday !!!!

Just got back from two weeks at this hotel. Would recommend and go back again. The staff were fantastic very friendly and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for you. We were all inclusive, the food was excellent lots of choices the only thing about it was too much salt in some of the dishes but we just chose something else. The pool was excellent always managed to get a sunbed, joined in the aqua fit most days great fun. The only negative really was there was no designated area for smokers both at the pool and in the outside plazas and being a non smoking family wasn't very pleasant. The evening entertainment was really good even though in Spanish but then we were in Spain still really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for us four, surprisingly the sofa bed was really comfortable. Lots of loud people coming back to their apartment after the entertainment shouting and banging doors in the early hours of the morning. Went on the local bus to Mojacar village a couple of times. And went to mini Hollywood which was a great day out.

Just arrived back from a 2 week stay. - 8 people (6 adults 2 children). We went with Thomas Cook amd no problems with the flight arrived at the hotel with a welcome drink the room was not ready not a problem given our all inclusive bands so went get a cocktail!! we then had lunch and then checked in. Rooms - we had 3 apartments between us, all brand new and extreamly clean and very spacious, as it says in some reviews there are lots of steps so not so good for some people, we were all close together and we overlooked the gardens. My only problem with the rooms is that the air con was not in the bedroom and like other people said some sleepless nights, ours did break on the 1st night it kept tripping the electric so everything went out. They did come to sort it the next day but never worked correctly for the rest of the holiday. The other 2 rooms were fine and if honest too cold!! Pool & gardens - wow best place ever I have been in the med for sunbeds!! always available we tended to go in the garden area between the 2 pools. The entertainment was yes in Spanish but your in Spain they did always ask us if we wanted to join in and did they did speak some English. The Spanish do go for siesta in the afternoon so it goes very quite but by about 5.00pm they come out and the area fills up very quickly. Bars - the main bar on the plazza was lovely got busy sometimes maybe better to have a queue for the all inclusive and then one for the paying guests? The staff work extremly hard and big thank you to Marie Carmen and Chrstine and all the staff they all had a laugh with us (especially my husband the macarena man!!) My only complaint is the pool bar it states its open from 11.00 - 6.00, it didnt open at these times it was a lot later and closed a lot earlier!! but the guy who worked there was lovely and worked hard. Restaurant - lovely always had something for everybody themed night every night and the staff were lovely especially Martin who really looked after us!! our only issue was one day we went in and always moved the tables together so we could all sit by each other as did the Spanish and one waiter told us we could not move them!! we did! If you go in later around 9.00pm onwards it gets really busy and very noisy I have never know kids as noisy as the Spanish shouting banging plates!! but apart from that the food was great. Entertainment - was in Spanish but we were there as a group so did not really get invloved but the teams work very hard. There is a bowling ally and amusements arcade under the hotel which our boys loved and we had some great fun. Lovely little shops in the plazza area. On a whole the hotel was great its in a very Spanish resort which we loved, there are plenty of bars etc in the area and a trip to old Mojacar is a must very easy to get on a bus outside the hotel. We also went on a trip to mini hollywood that was fun and not too expensive. I would definately return.

Just got back from a week at the Pueblo Indalo and what a great place for a family holiday. From the reception drinks on arrival (a very nice touch) the check in was smooth and efficient. The apartment was spotlessy clean. We went all inclusive so the food was important to us and we were not dissapointed. There was good choice and special theame if you wished every evening. All inclusive meant all inclusive with drinks, snacks and ice cream available all day from the pool bar or from the cafe bar. There were ample sun beds around the pool and even in August there was never a shortage. There are however a number of steps that are unavoidable and would not recommend this hotel for anyone with mobility problems. I read with interest the reviews complaining about Spanish food and entertainment, well I say thank goodness for that, were in Spain! If you want kiss me quick hats, the union Jack pub and fish n chips then go to Benidorm this is not the place for you. If you want "Spain" then I have no hesitation in offering my highest recommendation.
