In a nut shell.....avoid at all costs...this hotel is the worst i have had the misfortune of staying in....the pool had black mould all the way round. The food was edible but hardly any variety. The...
Just returned today from a week at this hotel. It was not the worst I have stayed and at a reasonable price. The accommodation was clean and the cleaners and staff mostly very friendly. The pool was good and always plenty of sunloungers availible at cost of €1. There is a charge for most things including kettle and remote controls. We only ate here one day and the food was basic but enough on offer to have enough. However the two rooms were at the front of hotel and we seen sun for bout hour a day and a car park all day long. The beds and pillows were dire none if us got a proper sleep. Eventully bought pillows and discovered fold out bed much better. I have to also mention we heard of one room getting robbed and on more than one occasion witnessed people upset at reception over some unresolved issues. Unanimously would not stay again with such quality accommodation near by.
I stayed here in April and were absolutely disgusted. It was my first ever holiday and sickened by the lack of cleanliness in the room. Knew it would be basic but the room had. Mould up the walls and...
This is by no means a 3 star hotel,,, the rooms are basic, and the all inclusive package is poor, We stayed in March,, the in house entertainment totalled a karaoke night and a song quiz night,,,the food was poor to say the least,,, not a bit of fresh fruit or youghurt in sight,,,, the only edable food was the poolside snack bar,, burger and chips,,,, on the plus side the staff were nice, friendly and helpfull,,, cost 3 or 4 euro for the INTERNET ,,,, SCAM AND A DISGRACE TO PAY FOR WYFI
The hotel is perfect. Great Staff and location. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the pool bar.Overall the value paid is fair towards the service provided. All the staff members are quite polite.
In a nut shell.....avoid at all costs...this hotel is the worst i have had the misfortune of staying in....the pool had black mould all the way round. The food was edible but hardly any variety. The room we had was just disgusting and the smell at nite of foul sewage was horrendous. So bad, it woke us up at nite, it stank so bad.....Hell hole of a hotel. Even when we checked out the nite porter couldn't even manage l good bye when we left....if you want basic food and totally basic room then it Maybe for you....this horrendous hotel is in need of total refurbishment. Totally ruined my holiday.
Hotel itself is very basic. The staff bend over backwards to help you though. Snack bar gets shut in your face once all the food is gone..which is within an hour on most days, all inclusive pfft dont...
I stayed here in April and were absolutely disgusted. It was my first ever holiday and sickened by the lack of cleanliness in the room. Knew it would be basic but the room had. Mould up the walls and wasn't clean at all. Also unsafe with wires hanging out of walls. I wouldn't even give the food they serve to my dog it was that disgusting, no variety, looked and tasted disgusting. Staff were nice but that's the only positive of the hotel. We were moved rooms only after cooker in th appartment broke. And that wasn't much better. For all inclusive it was shocking! Would not recommend to families at all, not the atmosphere I would want my children. No sleep on nights because of rowdy guests. More of a weekend destination for a group of lads who want to get drunk. met a couple who has been previously and they were shocked at how much standards had dropped. Gorgeous beaches and lovely places to eat out however stay somewhere else!!
The Algarve has an average of 17 days of rainfall a year meaning you’re unlikely to have your Praia da Rocha holidays spoilt by showers. The sun shines all summer long and during the winter months it’s warm and dry.
The fantastic weather allows you to enjoy your days lounging by the pool, relaxing on the beach or polishing up your golf technique no matter what time of year you choose to come on holidays to Praia da Rocha. It's little wonder so many people choose to buy a holiday home here!
