Food is awful, the dinning room is not big enough to accommodate everyone, resulting in people with young families queuing for food in baking heat, there is another restuarant but it doesn't get used, rooms are very basic and dated, you have to play hunt the maid for clean towels and bedding, entertainment is a joke.drink is an even bigger joke,no spirits till 8pm.the hotel has been replying to comments on trip advisor for years but nothing has been done.

Loacation good, Beach beautiful, Hotel needs work and the man on reception to take the chip off his shoulder. We have just stayed her for 8 nights and are more than ready to come home. The towels are begging to be washed and our feet are black from the floor. The food is turkey, fish and plain pasta, tinned fruit and sponge. We asked the reception if there was a poster to let us know what time we are being collected and we were actually charged 1.5 euros for him to look for us? Come on?? Pay for beds, parasol, wifi´, no spirits until 8pm, and if you want a dash of lime cordial then thats 0.5 euros! Eh?!

Although we were a bit put out having to pay for a few things such as sunbeds, wifi, tv, safe, etc despite being "all inclusive", overall it was a great holiday. The hotel was clean, food was great, staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of sunbeds which made up for the fact we had to pay for them - at least we didn't have to go down at 6am to make sure we got one - there were always plenty available. For my little man's first holiday abroad (he's nearly 2), it was great. Would definitely go back. One of the biggest downsides is the limited seating area in the restaurant - meant lots of queuing to get a table, then more queuing at the buffet to get food, which makes it difficult with a little one that doesn't understand having to wait for his food! But I guess it's good for him to learn to wait - makes my life easier at home not having to rush now to get it on the table in seconds! Location was fab, just a short walk from the beach and plenty of touristy shops to get some lovely presents from. Thanks for a great holiday!

I don't even know where to begin!!!! Upon arrival receptionist gave us key, no instructions as to where we may find bar, restaurant, or any other facilities were given. We had to probe him for information. Got to our room, pretty much what we expected having read previous reviews, although the crusty rusty bath was a bit of an eye sore, as was the toilet seat which was hanging off. Poolside had the atmosphere of a funeral so we opted for beach, we then realised all the people laying on the floor poolside were doing so as they didn't agree with paying €1 for a sun lounger, ok it's €1 but this is absurd!!! The food when we did find the restaurant, was cold, limited choice and tasted rank.....myself and my friend both had upset tummies after eating it. We met several groups also staying at hotel who also opted to eat out as the food was so disgusting, adding extra, unnecessary cost to all of our holidays. Staff were always very rude and unhelpful, even when trying to make our feelings known to 1 particular man on reception he sighed, said "anyway" and moved along so I then demanded a manager, in fairness to the manager he explained the awfulness hotel in a bit more detail but still didn't offer us a solution to our problems. Avoid this car crash hotel at all costs!! Only reason I rated it with 1, is because the option of 0 wasn't available.
