Be Smart Terrace Club is in a quiet location along of one the most beautiful parts of the Algarve - Senhora da Rocha beach. It is situated 2.5km from the village of Armação de Pêra, 800m from the supermarket and 350m from the Beach of Nossa Senhora da Rocha.

Officially the property is a two-star but in line with its location, facilities, quality of service and value for money we feel it's worthy of a three-star rating.

Be Smart Terrace Club offers spacious and comfortable Apartments with large private balconies, bathroom, satellite TV, kitchenette with electric rings, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. All apartments will have air conditioning for 2019.

One Bedroom Apartments have two single beds plus a sofa bed in the living room. Two Bedroom Apartments have four single beds plus a sofa bed in the living room and two bathrooms.

Food & Drink
The on-site restaurant offers a choice of hot or cold meals, Portuguese traditional dishes and homemade desserts. There is a bar service at the pool area (from July until September) and guests can relax listening to nice music, have a light meal or an exotic cocktail. Be Smart Terrace Club also has a coffee shop with fresh bread every morning, as well as a variety of pastries, pizzas and burgers. All main meals on all inclusive will be served at the sister hotel next door, Be Live Palmeiras.

Sporting and leisure activities include an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, children’s playground and internet (free only at reception). Entertainment is available in spring/summer for one or two weeks.
