My wife and I have just returned from 10 days staying in a Premium Deluxe Room at this Hotel. After being recommended a couple of years ago we have tried to book over the past 2 years but were unsuccessful so booked a room in November 2014. So as you can imagine when we arrived and were told that the room we had booked was not available, but we were being upgraded to an exec room for 1 night we were not too pleased, as we were unable unpack fully and of course you cant settle for another 24 hours. The next day we were given a great room overlooking the new pool and for the next 9 days we were extremely satisfied. On speaking to numerous people in the hotel the same had happened to them and we have been informed that this has only happened in 2015 as the hotel has a new reservations manager. NOT REALLY how a 5* hotel should treat its guests The food on the whole was OK as others reviewers have said could sometimes be a little warmer, but please be aware if you like poached eggs for breakfast do not ask the chefs as it will take 20 minutes to get them and they cant really guarantee that. Book your eggs with the waiter of waitress. What makes this hotel stand out are the staff who serve you, the waiters/ waitresses and the Bar Staff. The Pool Bar during the day is managed by Gerry and Zosi who are superb and from 4.30 till late it is run by Fotis and his young lady, they were both excellent. The lounge bar staff again was excellent in the evening. The waiters and waitresses for both breakfast and dinner were an absolute credit and if we returned it would be because of the service they provided that made our holiday extremely relaxing. On the whole this is an extremely good hotel and if you are looking for a relaxing break in Zante I dont think you will be disappointed. If you do book and face the the same problem of the room not being available, stand your ground and advise either they find the room you have booked or you will only stay in the upgrade if it is for the entire period you have booked.

Retuned from a week's holiday on 21st June with mother and sister. From the offset we were impressed. We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner which lasted the entirety of the stay. We were made to feel that our enjoyment and comfort was the prime concern of all the staff from higher management to domestics. Food excellent. Had executive room which had ample room for 3 adults. Everything was on hand. Have never felt so relaxed in a very long time.
Couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Staff were the best we have come across for many years. The concierge was always on hand and able to arrange anything. The trips he arranges are the same price...
Couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Staff were the best we have come across for many years. The concierge was always on hand and able to arrange anything. The trips he arranges are the same price if not cheaper than you can arrange in the nearby town.

Visited for two nights. We got married in alykanas and treated this as out honeymoon to be on our own for a couple of days. We splashed out and had a suite with a private jacuzzi on the outside balcony. Such a clean place. All staff were very professional and couldn't do enough to help. Was a very nice touch to receive a bottle of champagne in our room on arrival. Food was fantastic. We had the buffet style evening meal on first night them booked in for the al a carte menu (lobster) which was superb. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.
